Loved the location. Parking under building such a bonus.
Amazing location, really big apartment. Staff were amazing. Great pool area and tennis court. Right across from the beach and right in town.
The apartment wasn’t very clean. Floors and spill underneath furniture.
The location of the apartment building was excellent, the apartment was lovely and big, everything was very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location of our apartment within the building was on the hallway, right besdie the main entrance and close to the shared pool entrance. Because of this, it meant it could be quite noisy as we could hear people coming and going in the hallway. One night, it was particularly noisy with a group of apartments having a party in the shared pool area. This wasn't ideal when we were holidaying with our young daughter and was quite disappointing.

Had expected ground floor unit as per my booking, but didn't get ground floor
Great location across from the beach. Well appointed 3 bedroom apartment, and helpful staff.
A few touches missed in the cleaning though rectified when we told them. Some pedestrians noise in the evening in keeping with being so close to the heart of Byron.
Amazing set up and location, would stay again!
The floors may not be getting cleaned well enough, all our feet were black with dirt after walking around the apartment.
We had breakfast at a coffee shop nearby. The food was really good and the price was reasonable. The shop was really crowded every time we went so obviously it was popular.
The only problem was a tiny step when I went to the bathroom from the bedroom. I stubbed my big toe and it really hurt.
The apartment (#11) was very spacious, modern and clean with great views of the beach. It was perfect for us as a group of two couples. Communication from Sandie on reception was wonderful, and she was very accommodating on check-in/out times.
