Amazing stay: no better location in all of Byron; exceptional facilities; spacious accommodation.
Pros:

Amazing property (Unit 13). Right opposite the beach. Within 5 minutes level walk to shops, grocery, restaurants, pubs.; yet very very quiet away from the street noise. Was great having a tennis court (with racquets and balls provided at no cost). And the AMAZING Manager Sandie looked after all of our needs. There were some comments that the property was looking a bit 'dated', but that certainly wasn't the case with number 13.

Cons:

More 'what could have been better' than 'didn't like': 1. The bedrooms could have had blockout blinds; and 2. They should consider big bottles of bodywash and soap (even if attached to the shower walls) rather than several small bottles - just from a plastics/environmental point-of-view. But that should not detract from what was an amazing amazing stay.

Pros:

We have been staying at the Bay Royal for 25 years, coming every year while the kids were little.now we come on our own, and love it still. We love the location and the comfort level and cleanliness of the rooms. The Apartment is thoughtfully decorated and supplied with everything you would need in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. There were plenty of towels. The courtyard with access to the street is a bonus, and the hose to wash sandy feet is a godsend.

Excellent Location
Pros:

The location of the apartment building was excellent, the apartment was lovely and big, everything was very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The location of our apartment within the building was on the hallway, right besdie the main entrance and close to the shared pool entrance. Because of this, it meant it could be quite noisy as we could hear people coming and going in the hallway. One night, it was particularly noisy with a group of apartments having a party in the shared pool area. This wasn't ideal when we were holidaying with our young daughter and was quite disappointing.

Great location for accessing the busy heart of Byron and Main Beach
Pros:

Great location across from the beach. Well appointed 3 bedroom apartment, and helpful staff.

Cons:

A few touches missed in the cleaning though rectified when we told them. Some pedestrians noise in the evening in keeping with being so close to the heart of Byron.

Amazing apartment in a great spot!
Pros:

Amazing set up and location, would stay again!

Cons:

The floors may not be getting cleaned well enough, all our feet were black with dirt after walking around the apartment.
