Location was perfect, breakfast were delicious and the staff was nice.
The restaurant was good. Rooms were clean
Arrived early and only able to access 1 of 3 rooms. Told to come back at 3p and remaining rooms would be ready. Came back at 4p and rooms still not ready.
The rooms are not good. No closet or drawers. Just a poorly designed clothes rack with a couple shelves. Not very inviting. Bathroom is somewhat like a “pod” type installation with a step up to get into.
Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help at the restaurant.

Gut war auch das inkludierte Restaurant, nicht soo viel Auswahl, aber wir hatten zu viert zwei mal gut gegessen!
Das Badezimmer (Sanitärzelle als Kunststoffeinhausung) war in dieser Form absolut nicht gewohnt, wirkt billig..
Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein (wenig Kontinentales), aber insgesamt war für uns alle was dabei..
I stayed at this hotel whilst attending work training in London and unfortunately my experience fell well below expectations.
I checked into my room at approximately 5:00pm and reported issues to reception by around 5:15pm. After a day that had started at 2:45am with travel from Scotland, followed by a full day of training, I was disappointed to find a room that was not ready to the standard I would expect.
The room had multiple hairs in the bed linen, large spider webs, dust accumulation under the bed, chipped paintwork and general cleanliness concerns which required me to contact reception multiple times and make several visits downstairs.
Given that I had another early start the following morning and simply wanted to have dinner, get some rest and prepare for the next day, I asked whether it would be possible to move rooms. I was advised that the hotel was fully booked and that housekeeping could be contacted, however staff were unable to provide any indication of when this would happen.
I informed reception that I would be going to dinner in the hotel restaurant and would be away from the room for over an hour, giving ample opportunity for housekeeping to attend whilst I was out. However, when I returned, the situation had still not been properly resolved and I was simply told to wait in my room.
After making multiple attempts to have the issues addressed, I reiterated that I was unhappy with the situation and needed it resolved as soon as possible. I explained that I had been awake since 2:45am and travelling and training for around 17 hours. It was only at this stage that someone attended the room within approximately 30 minutes. I could not understand why the issues had not been addressed whilst I was in the restaurant earlier in the evening.
After housekeeping had attended, I later discovered a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom. By this point it was late in the evening and I had already spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the room issues addressed, so I reported this when checking out the following morning.
Unfortunately, my night’s sleep was then repeatedly disturbed by a persistent dripping noise. I left my room early and waited in the lobby for my taxi rather than remain in the room until departure.
What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the room itself, but the lack of urgency and communication when concerns were raised. I reported issues within 15 minutes of checking in and spent much of my evening chasing updates rather than being able to relax and prepare for the next day of training.
I have also raised these concerns directly with the hotel and with my manager, who arranged the accommodation for my business trip. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travellers.
Clean hotel with a good location.. It is very near to the Southwark Tube station. Very nice breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. Rooms clean and comfortable.
No complaints. Good value for money
Everything bee perfect . I take a late check out and And that's why I was very satisfied.
Its a hotel, as usual the entrance make it look so good until you get to the room which was just big enough but than again for centre of London it is not bad
Shower cabin was weird
La stanza molto silenziosa .Ottima colazione. Il letto era comodo. Ci dovrebbe essere in stanza almeno un piccolo armadio per sistemare meglio le cose. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Un posto dove piazzare le valige . Rivedrei i punti luce della stanza e soprattutto le luci del comodino. Sistemerei meglio la chiusura della porta del bagno. Il phone ad un certo punto , in camera non funzionava, fuori , in corridoio, si.
