Not a bad place to stay in Geneva for the price.
Pros:

We had a lovely balcony overlooking Geneva with the mountains in the background.
It had good kitchenette facilities.
Staff were helpful and supportive.

Cons:

I hadn’t realised there were stairs leading up to the studio that were a little tricky to navigate tight big suitcases. They also opened onto the kitchen and bathroom which felt a little unsafe in the middle of the night. However, these same stairs provided the views that we valued from this studio apartment.
The hotel is located in an ok position for accessing Geneva transport and attractions but some of the streets nearby felt a bit dodgy if you were travelling alone.

Convenient for a shorter stay
Pros:

The room, small double bed and small table and 'cafe' chairs for the breakfast tray delivered each morning (pre-booked), with separate bathroom (shower in bathtub, sufficient hot water) and a small kitchen (we only used cutlery/plates/cups for the served breakfast) provided sufficient space for our stay. We enjoyed the view towards the back, and the fresh air and quietness with window open at night. Very convenient location for the Christmas marked and not far from the railway station. Not too far to walk to the old town. The continental breakfast had some variations and covered our needs.

Cons:

The bathtub had a high side wall to climb over to shower; very slippery. Only basic shower / hand soap - e.g., no balsam. The bed is on the shorter side; OK for me below 170 cm, too short for my husband above 190 cm.

Un emplacement parfait et des services tout à fait au niveau des attentes.
Pros:

Très bien situé, la résidence est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à 1 minute à pied du lac. Les chambres avec balcon offrent une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Cons:

L'accès à la chambre se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, pas très pratique avec des bagages. C'était vraiment le seule petit bémol, tout le reste était fidèle à nos attentes.

يوجد درج ضيق مؤدي للغرفه يصعب نقل الشنط الثقيله والكبيره به بسهوله
لايوجد مساعده بنقل الشنط
المدخل مغلق امام الفندق يصعب وصول اوبر للمدخل
يوجد ازعاج واعمال صيانه مستمره
الموقع غير جيد بجوار شارع سيئ لايصلح للعوائل ابدا
تعامل الموظفين مستفز اي طلب تطلبه زياده مال
لايقدمون اي خدمه لو بسيطه الا بمقابل
لايوجد سليبر لايوجد تنظيف غرف او في حال اقمت 8 ايام ينظفون اليوم الثامن فقط
الماء والقهوه فقط اول ليله ومتوفره بعد ذلك اضافي بسعر اعلى من الخارج
طلبت تمديد اضطراريا على نفس الغرفه على ان يتم تنظيف الغرفه ووافقو و بعد الدفع وتفاجئت ثاني يوم بانه لايمكن الا في حال حجزك ل8 ايام او بسعر اضافي
وانه بحال رغبتك البقاء بنفس الغرفه ان يتم دفع مبلغ اضافي او نقلك لغرفه جديده
وانا لايوجد لدي وقت لجمع اغراضي ونقلها لغرفه اخرى والوقت متاخر اضطررت لدفع مبلغ اضافي

الماء الساخن انقطع من الحمام فجاءه واضررت اتحمم بماء بارد في درجه حراره 0
لم اشعر باي اهتمام او راحه خلال فتره اقامتي
وكان الفندق سبب في افساد رحلتي وتعكيرها
لا انصح بالسكن به اطلاقا وتجربه لن تتكرر

Financially rasonable, clean, room has all you need, amazing location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Had everything you needed for your stay.practical but not luxurious

Cons:

Were not told that we had to go up spiral staircase to get to room as we had asked for a balcony. Very difficult to get the case up there, and tricky for me as i have mobility issues, though once up, the balcony is fabulous
