Excellent stay
Upon our arrival, we were each welcomed with a glass of juice.
The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. We got a free upgrade to a suite king room, with a pool view. We also received a complimentary fruit basket in our rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-lit, and we had daily housekeeping.
Guests have a great and changing variety at breakfast, with both Thai and international cuisines and fresh seasonal fruits.
There was also a live egg station, together with a noodle station and a kid buffet corner.
Moreover the entire breakfast buffet was certified halal.
The location is great, a mere 5 minutes walk to Surin Beach. Fresh coconut water is sold at the beach.
There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and other conveniences nearby.
Since it is not directly on the main road, it was relatively quiet and ideal for families.
The assets of this resort are the staff, across all departments, and they remained friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. A big thank you to Dew (front office), Fin (at breakfast time), and Namka (housekeeping). We could not get a late check-out but they kindly stored our luggage while we completed a final visit. Additionally, Dew offered us a private room with a shower (free of charge) before departing to the airport, which was such a lovely gesture and this level of service made the stay memorable.
For the price, it was an excellent value for money.
The drawback was a bit of noise from the AC.
I would also suggest regular maintenance/ servicing of the facilities.

Si vous recherchez un établissement vétuste, dépourvu de climatisation dans les espaces communs notamment la salle de restauration,
en proie à d'importantes odeurs de canalisation et d'humidité dans les chambres, cet hôtel répondra à vos attentes.
La propreté des couloirs s'avère particulièrement négligée, l'entretien de la piscine est laissé à l'abandon et des nuisibles morts sont restés plusieurs jours sans être ramassés.
La situation s'est révélée particulièrement chaotique. J'ai dû changer de chambre à trois reprises : la première présentait une odeur d'humidité insupportable, et la seconde disposait d'un balcon non nettoyé, jonché de mégots de cigarettes, en plus d'être infestée de moustiques.
Un tel manque de prestations est inacceptable pour un établissement appartenant à une enseigne de cette renommée, y compris au regard des standards locaux.
Je tiens néanmoins à saluer le professionnalisme de Vasili et de son équipe, qui ont fait leur possible pour adoucir notre séjour malgré un manque évident de moyens.
Enfin, nous avons subi une coupure d'électricité totale de 9h à 17h, sans qu'aucune compensation financière ne nous soit proposée.
Au vu de l'offre hôtelière disponible à Phuket, je vous déconseille vivement cet établissement : ne gaspillez ni votre temps ni votre argent.
### Wonderful Family Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by the high level of service throughout our visit.
The rooms are **spacious, very clean and comfortable**, and the hotel is exceptionally well maintained. The **pool area is fantastic for children**, with great water slides that kept our kids entertained and happy.
The **kids’ club is absolutely lovely**, with a great variety of activities and plenty of toys suitable for children of different ages. Our kids really enjoyed spending time there, and it was a wonderful addition to our family holiday.
The dining area is also **spotlessly clean**, with a wide and varied selection of food, making every meal enjoyable for the whole family.
Most of all, we would like to thank **all the staff members**, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and professional. Every person we interacted with made us feel genuinely cared for.
A special thank you and recognition to **Champion (F&B Manager), Fin and Thakshina** for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special.
We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this hotel to families. **We would love to come back again!** ❤️

Smooth experience, nice staff, nice beach at the front.
Elevator is old and cranky
Kind and friendly staff, lots of activities for kids with a slide and huge pool, there is a kids club and also a handout area with games, there is a dedicated arcade area as well.
Rooms are a little too far from lobby, dining area is little exposed to elements so be ready to feel a little humid and hot during brrakfast

Les chambres donnant sur les piscines
Dans la chambre: panne du chauffe eau, portes du dressing et du cache frigo impossible à fermer (charnières détachées du support), joint silicone de la douche peu « appétissant « , encore de grosses poussières dans la salle d’eau après passage des femmes de ménage, fils électriques pendant du haut de la porte fenêtre (certainement du contact de coupure de la Clim lors de l’ouverture de cette porte)….
Dans les parties communes de l’hôtel : ascenseur en panne, fuites du toit lors de pluies avec plafond de couloir percé et eau sur le sol, gouttière d’angle manquante….
Petit déjeuner entièrement Hallal : donc pas de vrai bacon avec les œufs, mais seulement du bacon à base de poulet !!! Pourquoi ne pas proposer du vrai bacon pour les non musulmans?
