Pros:

Идеальный отель. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту номеров и удобства для детей. Детская комната с няней, мультфильмы, пенные вечеринки в бассейне. Если ехать с ребенком очень советую брать номер на первом этаже со своим выходом к бассейну, бассейн не глубокий. От горок мы тоже в восторге. Пляж находится в одной минуте ходьбы от отеля. Рядом с отелем магазины, кафешки и много удобств.

Замечательный отель, бассейн, красивый сад, много птичек, пальм. Работает бар, спа ходили всей семьей, очень довольны.

Wonderful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and a fun, tropical vibe

This was our 5th stay and the experiences keep getting better. From our very first stay it was the exceptional service and care from the staff that kept us coming back each time.

In this most recent stay, the lovely staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and to make sure all our dietary needs were met. Khun Num Pan, Dina, and Jane gave us warm friendly welcomes each time we entered the hotel. Khun Thak Sina, Kate, Fin and Ice looked after us each morning at breakfast to ensure we had everything we needed. F & B manager Khun Champi was amazing with her attention to detail; we felt so well cared for by her team.

Our children love it here because there is so much for them to do. Khun Peach has been with this hotel for over a decade, and he is so good at interacting with children. GM Chris meets his guests almost every day to ensure an enjoyable stay. This hotel feels like home to us because we are treated with such special care. It is impossible to mention every staff member, but each do an exceptional job. The culture in this hotel is the best of anywhere that I have stayed, the grounds are clean and give a warm, tropical vibe, the water slides are fun and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Can’t wait for our next stay and to see all our friends at the hotel again. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

Liked the hotel so much we returned 10 days later
Pros:

We were given a ground floor room as requested.
The comfortable room, with a lounge, led off to an amazing pool.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Could walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area.
Hotel was off the main road and hence quiet at night.

Cons:

The pool closed at 19h00.... in Thailand where it is 30deg plus ?

Pros:

The staff and service were excellent, topped up by the quality of spa and food. The room was exquisite and the property in whole was such a great place to be at. The individuals make difference as they say, and Ms. Jane from FO Ms. Champi from F&B made sure of the difference from a normal property to a great Resort experience.

Pros:

Champi is a superstar ! She made sure we were very comfortable. She gave us good recommendations to shop and eat and for sightseeing as well . I had my bday and was surprised by a cake during breakfast with the staff singing for me ! The room was decorated as well! It was very sweet and touching ! Our room was spacious and so comfortable! The massage was so good as well !
