Établissement que je recommanderai pour un séjour en Thaïlande avec des enfants.

Le calme, la propreté, l’emplacement et surtout le personnel très agréable et attentif aux besoins des clients.

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from beautiful Surin Beach with soft sand and clear water. It’s ideal for both relaxing and enjoying the ocean.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional.

Specially Ms Champi was very cordial helpful and not only to us to every guests I observed

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a lovely balcony. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the on-site restaurants were excellent. We especially loved relaxing by the pool — the atmosphere was fun yet peaceful, perfect for families and couples alike.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!
