Holiday Inn Surin Beach, what a gem!
Pros:

The Holiday Inn Surin Beach is a special destination. Clean, easy to get to, lots of in house facilities and the pool is gorgeous. It is close to one of the best beaches with soft sand and spectacular views. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dinner menu had lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The Guest officer, Kob was especially friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled, they made a stressful time easier. Loved staying here.

Cons:

Not much at all.

Pros:

This place is the most convenient option for me when it comes to traveling to Phuket! The hotel is lovely, the staff is super friendly and attentive to their guests😍 I feel like I'm among close friends!❤️

Cons:

Surin Beach is simply my favorite! It's a great place to watch the sunrise or practice yoga early in the morning. Then, the hotel offers a varied and delicious breakfast! 👍 And then it's all up to you and your desires. 😁😁😁

В целом отдых удался. Небольшие замечания оставлю при себе - они не существенны!
Pros:

Удобное местоположение, очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и профессиональный персонал. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные - были и блюда тайской кухни (как адаптированные, так и острые) и обычные блюда (европейской кухни). Были и супы, и каши, и мюсли, и фрукты, выпечка, разнообразие гарниров. Что отсутствовало - так это морепродукты. Все очень быстро пополнялось. Столы быстро убирались. Мне был бесплатно повышен уровень проживания - как подарок к моему дню рождения, встречаемому в отеле. Также в день заселения ждал комплимент в виде фруктовой тарелки, а в день рождения - кусочек торта). Отдельное спасибо менеджеру по персоналу Василию!

Cons:

Немного потрепанная мебель, но для текущих реалий острова - норм. Вот через пару лет, когда закончится ремонт и благоустройство пляжа - лучше провести косметическую замену мебели в некоторых номерах (и чуть освежить сами номера).

Felt a budget place, but price wasn’t budget to reflect it.
Pros:

The location was great, quiet and opposite a lovely beach and plenty of shops and restaurants around. A short taxi ride to bang Tao beach which is also full of beach restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The shower only came out cold throughout our whole stay, and the beds were so hard and I found it uncomfortable. The whole hotel is tired and well overdue a refurb to be a 4* breakfast selection wasn’t overly appealing

And all the breakfast team. Everyone we met were all so caring professional & went above & beyond. The hotel really caters for families & our little boy Logan loved being there.

Cons:

The amenties like massages & drinks were a little on the pricey side but that was the only thing!

Бронировали номер в отеле на несколько дней.
Нам все понравилось, поэтому решили продлить свой отдых в этом отеле ещё на 3 дня. Отель порадовал чистым бассейном, разнообразными завтраками и дружелюбностью персонала. Отдельное спасибо за помощь по всем вопросам и консультациям Champi и Василию, они сделали наш отдых более интересным и незабываемым. Спасибо команде отеля за радость и улыбки наших детей.

Pros:

Мы не первый раз на Пхукете и были в разных отелях, нам есть с чем сравнить. Были семьёй с детьми. Понравилось дружелюбие и гостеприимство персонала. Отличный бассейн и горки для детей. Хорошие завтраки. Особо хотим отметить помощь адмиристратора Champi в любых вопросах. Вернёмся в Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach снова, отличный отель.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, we had a very pleasant stay.

The breakfasts are diverse, with a good selection of both international and local dishes. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help and quick to respond to any requests.

The hotel grounds are well-designed: a large swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds, and no feeling of overcrowding even when the hotel is busy. It’s also convenient that there is parking available right in front of the hotel.

In the evenings, there is a DJ playing near the restaurant, creating a nice atmosphere without being too loud or intrusive.

A big plus for families — there is plenty of space and various activities for children, so they always have something to do.

Upon arrival, all my room preferences were taken into account, and we were welcomed with thoughtful complimentary touches, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, a great place to stay — definitely worth coming back to.

Cons:

The mattress was quite firm for my personal preference.

Один из лучших отелей, где я останавливался.
Pros:

Мы были в свадебном путешествии, менеджер сделал для нас повышение категории номера, что очень нас обрадовало.
Номер был комфортным и чистым. Кровать и подушки были суперудобными, кондиционер дул по потолку и охлаждал номер, не доставляя дискомфорта нам.
Персонал очень дружелюбен и помогал нам при необходимости.
Отель расположен рядом с пляжем Сурин, до куда пешком было 5 минут. Рядом чудесные рестораны - SeaSurin и Audi.
Однозначно рекомендую отель.

Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel, accueil, attentions envers ses clients, mille mercis à Jane pour sa grande gentillesse et toutes ses explications sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Quelle ravissante personne. Elle est exemplaire
La chambre est magnifique, très grande, piscines dans jardin verdoyant et plage de surin en face.
