Everything.. couldn't fault the hotel..rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable

Cons:

The prices in the hotel for beer and food were very high. Most of the time the lovely bar area and snack counters were empty even during happy hour Most people were taking a short walk to the 7/11 for beers and food

Le personnel était exceptionnel, aux petits soins, prêt à répondre à toutes les demandes avec le sourire. Kob et la manager F&B étaient tout simplement merveilleuses. C est d ailleurs le cas de tout le personnel, de l accueil à la réception, à la manager de l hôtel, le personnel de nettoyage,...
La corbeille de fruits et le cookie de bienvenus, ainsi que le petit mot de Kob étaient des intentions très agréables.
La chambre est grande, confortable et propre.
Le lit était extrêmement confortable.
Petit déjeuner plus que complet et très bon.

The guest experience manager, Kob Has been the most extraordinary host that I have ever experienced at any hotel. She is kind she's understanding she's considerate she preempts anything that you want and need there is nothing too big or small that Kob won't be able to help you with. I wish I could express in words what an amazing asset she is to this hotel. We will miss her dearly. My daughter loves Kob. I would recommend her she would be my first Contact for the whole experience. Without her presence or stay would not have been as amazing as it was. Thank you Kob!
The hotel staff is friendly and close to beach and restaurants. Taxis right outside the hotel. Will be back.

Perfekt für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub in Phuket
Pros:

Personal super freundlich, Frühstück sehr reichlich, Lage super und sehr schöne Anlage mit einem Riesen Pool in der Mitte, Garten sehr schön grün und gepflegt, hatten sogar einen Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt 😍

Holiday Inn Surin Beach, what a gem!
Pros:

The Holiday Inn Surin Beach is a special destination. Clean, easy to get to, lots of in house facilities and the pool is gorgeous. It is close to one of the best beaches with soft sand and spectacular views. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dinner menu had lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The Guest officer, Kob was especially friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled, they made a stressful time easier. Loved staying here.

This place is the most convenient option for me when it comes to traveling to Phuket! The hotel is lovely, the staff is super friendly and attentive to their guests😍 I feel like I'm among close friends!❤️

Cons:

Surin Beach is simply my favorite! It's a great place to watch the sunrise or practice yoga early in the morning. Then, the hotel offers a varied and delicious breakfast! 👍 And then it's all up to you and your desires. 😁😁😁

В целом отдых удался. Небольшие замечания оставлю при себе - они не существенны!
Pros:

Удобное местоположение, очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и профессиональный персонал. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные - были и блюда тайской кухни (как адаптированные, так и острые) и обычные блюда (европейской кухни). Были и супы, и каши, и мюсли, и фрукты, выпечка, разнообразие гарниров. Что отсутствовало - так это морепродукты. Все очень быстро пополнялось. Столы быстро убирались. Мне был бесплатно повышен уровень проживания - как подарок к моему дню рождения, встречаемому в отеле. Также в день заселения ждал комплимент в виде фруктовой тарелки, а в день рождения - кусочек торта). Отдельное спасибо менеджеру по персоналу Василию!

Cons:

Немного потрепанная мебель, но для текущих реалий острова - норм. Вот через пару лет, когда закончится ремонт и благоустройство пляжа - лучше провести косметическую замену мебели в некоторых номерах (и чуть освежить сами номера).
