Everything was absolutely amazing, the location was bang on in the centre and amazing price. The staff are extremely sociable and always happy to help, my fav was piotr (can not remember how to spell his name so sorry) but he was amazing and we had a great chat about tattoos.
That i couldn't stay longer, would have loved to stay longer lol (I had to leave for family event)

Centrally located. Very well sound proofed. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.
The shower drain was blocked and the shower overflowed. We were asked if we would like a mop and bucket! There was no maintenance person available that day.
The location was perfect, close to the train station and easy to explore the city. Facilities were great, the staff were warm, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Piotr in particular was amazing, it was a pleasure to meet him, and all the team. Facilities were great. Our room was spacious, comfy bed, little kitchen area with fridge and cooking facilities, room was fully air conditioned and really comfortable.

Perfect location, it’s on the hearth of the city centre that very convenience to everything. The hotel is like a home.
They need only to update their television, aside from that everything is good.
Lage sehr zentral zum Bahnhof Lime Street, Zimmer trotzdem (wie vorab ausdrücklich gewünscht) sehr ruhig, Frühstück insgesamt gut (Obstsalat, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen), Zimmer mit kompletter Küche ausgestattet und recht groß
Auswahl an Käse begrenzt, Brötchen zäh, ansonsten nur Toastbrot; Reinigung Zimmer und Handtuchtausch erst ab einer Woche Aufenthalt - sonst kostenpflichtig; Betten relativ weich
