There were some wear and tear issues in our room. A door that stick and a loose toilet roll holder but other than that it was great

The strategic position, big room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff
Given the price, I would have expected to be able to open the window and adjust the air conditioning myself. I also wouldn't expect the room to have a persistent food smell at this price point.
Location is very central with lots of pubs, restaurants and shopping within minutes walk

I stayed here whilst visiting Liverpool for a conference. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful at reception and at breakfast. My studio was a good size and well equipped. The air conditioning was excellent which was definitely needed this week! It was conveniently located just 5-10 mins from Lime Street and about a 15 minute walk to the conference venue at the Albert Dock. It was very handy to have the option of the buffet breakfast and there were was a good sized Tesco nearby for buying other food as well as plenty of other places if you wanted to eat out. The building is very secure, requiring swipe entry and there wasn't any noise disturbance at night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Great location and rooms are immaculate. Beds very comfortable and air con works brilliantly, making our stay on a very hot weekend even more comfortable.

Great room. Comfy bed, nice TV for late world cup games, nice bathroom and shower. AC was very comfortable for the England heatwave. Nice view over a city intersection of Liverpool.
Semi questionable area down an alley way. Liverpool seems to have a homeless issue ongoing. Needed to use my card to get into the place and ring a bell to initially check in. Not the best of feelings, but only applicable to that one alley. Surrounding area was relevant for touristy things.

everything, the guys on the frint desk where so lovely and helpful, so hapoy to see a wheelchair lift made it so much easier getting my daughter in and out, the room was fantastic,spacious, everything we needed to hand, would highly recommend.
