Lovely place, central and a lovely quiet room with a view.
Pros:

The welcome from Reception, friendly and helpful. The location, close to Lime Street Station and everything really. The room was lovely and we loved the kitchen. Also the decor with hints of the original building which was a department store in the past.

Cons:

Everything was absolutely fine, no problems at all.

Efficient and courteous staff. Very central location. Modern and clean interior. Spacious.

Cons:

Right in the middle of party central so quite noisy outside on the street and from nearby pubs. Not enough to disturb sleep though. Maybe request a high floor if staying on Saturday just in case.

A very well-located aparthotel with excellent staff, but the rooms could benefit from updating and some maintenance impr
Pros:

The staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and really made a difference. We were given a great top-floor room, which was lovely. The location is fantastic — very central and ideal for exploring Liverpool. The kitchen setup is thoughtfully designed and very practical for longer stays. Overall, despite some of the maintenance and dated elements, it worked well for us and we had a very good time.

Cons:

At Aparthotel Adagio Liverpool City Centre, the early check-in policy was disappointing. We arrived around 12:30 and were asked to pay £25 to access the room early. While I understand policies are policies — and this was absolutely not the fault of the employee — when you are already paying over £250 per night, it would feel more guest-friendly to allow early access if the room is ready. The room was also very cold on arrival, clearly having not been used beforehand. The rooms themselves are quite dated. The sliding door separating the living and bedroom area would not close properly, and the bathroom door did not fit the frame correctly and would not shut properly either — part of it was starting to chip. The radiator in the bathroom did not work. While the kitchenette is very well designed, an oven would be a great addition, as relying solely on a microwave limits simple meal options.
