Liked that it had added kitchen facilities
Upon arrival we were given our room, we noticed there was a plug in heater in the room. The thermostat on the wall wasn't working. It looked like someone had tried to fix it as vent was scruffy on the wall as if it had been pulled off recently. The room was freezing properly because we had been caught in the rain all day so that didn't help. Rang reception a few times but line was always busy. As we were there to see a concert we got ready and ordered our taxi when we got to reception we then told them about the heating. He upgraded us straight away but we couldn't move our things as taxi was due. We did move our things straight after the concert. The room was lovely and warm. I dont think the room should of been booked out to start with as they definitely knew there was a problem with the heating as the storage heater was added to the room. This being said if we would of mentioned this straight away then we could of moved to a warmer room. This has not put me off staying there again as its so central to train station and city centre. The staff were all lovely too

Increíble ubicación, personal muy atento y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. Con un plus enorme de tener una cocina privada con nevera y lavavajillas dentro. Además de baño privado. Todo muy limpio, de la ubicación que decir, está en un punto privilegiado! Recomendado totalmente
