Auffällig unsauberes Geschirr beim Frühstück und im Zimmer. Beim Fernseh kamen ständig Meldungen und fas Bild ging oft einfach weg.

Pros:

Objekat se nalazi na sjajnoj lokaciji nedaleko od metro stanice, dok je i katedrala na pjesackoj udaljenosti od mozda nekih 10 minuta. Osoblje hotela je ljubazno, dok sami hotel je cist. Kuhinja je fino opremljena, a apartmani imaju klima uredjaj, sto je u letnjim mjesecima u Kelnu spas, jer slabo koji kafic ima klima uredjaj. Takodje u hotelu je bio neki mali pozar, alarmi su se aktivirali kako treba, sve je brzo regulisano, tako da eto lijepo je znati da i sa te strane je sve u redu. Sve preporuke.

Cons:

Sve je bilo dobro, ne moze se nista lose istaci. Za mene licno sto je moglo biti bolje, iako to nije zamjerka, da su jastuci malo manji, i mozda ako bi se nekako mogao ubaciti jos jedan manji stocic u sobi negdje, ali to je samo moje misljenje.

Nice except for the rude kitchen staff lady

Room had a refrigerator and some air conditioning. Very helpful

Cons:

After arriving from a 2.5 hour car ride, I needed to use the restroom. There was a hallway by the breakfast area and I found a bathroom. Apparently it was a staff only restroom. After using it, a staff person followed me out and went straight to the desk to complain. The desk person politely said the visitor restroom was on the opposite end of the lobby and I could use that one in the future. I of course apologized and explained I didn’t know. The bathroom had a man symbol on the door. I don’t speak or read German. Honest mistake. THEN, the upset woman who reported me began berating me for “going tot the back of the hotel” in a restricted area. She said there was no bathroom back there. I said there was, because I just used it! I apologized politely probably 4 or 5 times. Then my wife jumped in and told her that she seemed very angry, and she angrily shot back that she wasn’t angry! Ha. It was unreal. You would think I kicked her puppy or something. Pro tip for hotel: put up a sign directing the location of the bathroom. The hallways are dark until you approach them because of the sensors. There’s no clear signage. Don’t be upset if a patron makes a mistake. That lady set the first impression of an otherwise lovely hotel.

The apartment was nice and modern. The kitchen was important and well equipped.

Cons:

In one apartment there were 4 smoke detectors!! It was extremely stressful, especially while using the kitchen and simply boiling the water. One morning we had a fire alarm and had to leave the hotel - additional stress when you need to get on time for the morning train, but need to wait for the fire brigade to confirm a fake alarm.

Pros:

Tot. El personal és molt atent i ens varen oferir té i cafè gratuït. L'habitació era ben neta i completa, amb tot tipus d'estris de cuina i amb tot tipus d'electrodomèstics (rentaplats inclòs). Els llits eren comodíssims i ben nets. La situació no podria ser millor, estava ben al centre (ben a prop de la catedral). Estam molt contents, és un 10!!!
A la sala varen posar el futbol perquè jugava Espanya contra França (era la semifinal del mundial de futbol). 😊

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the location and that the floor in the room was wooden

Cons:

23 E for such a poor breakfast was a joke. The bed was very narrow and the mattress was bumpy and uncomfortable for a long stay. Cleaning service was extra charge. Lastly they do not accept any cash payments.

Pros:

Location was fantastic easy to get in and out of town not noisy at all. Front desk staff Deniz & Clay was amazing all ways chatting making sure we were happy.
