Good for a cheap one or nights stay.
Pros:

The stuff were very friendly helpful and polite. The location is near to a lot of restaurants and to a shopping mall.

Cons:

The location is somehow dirty with rats and cockroaches fortunately outside the hotel. The air conditioner was not working well.

My stay in Pimrada Hotel Patong
Pros:

Friendly and cooperative nature of staff

Cons:

Leave alone balcony no window in the room (I was told that room with window and balcony was expensive). This causes suffocating effect with complete darkness in the room all time and one has to keep washroom light on especially at night
No provision for breakfast
No in room phone facility - one has to personally visit reception for anything
By giving refundable security deposit of 1000 Baht one is so scared that for everything that the moment one sees something wrong he rushes to the reception to inform that it was not due to his fault (I had examples of broken towel rod in washroom and torn towel). I did not even used their floor towel mat for this reason

We loved our stay! 🥰
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this three-star hotel in Phuket. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the island.

The location is simply incredible—right on Patong Beach, with everything happening around you. It’s just a short walk to great food spots, night street markets, and all the lively areas, yet still comfortable and convenient. The hotel is also only about an hour from the airport, which made our travel very easy.

A special thank you to the reception lady, who was always so helpful. She gave us great tips about what to do, recommended beautiful sunset spots, and helped us plan parts of our journey. When it was time to leave, the hotel even arranged a taxi for us to the airport, which made everything stress-free.

Overall, a fantastic stay with warm service, a great location, and excellent value. We’d happily come back again!
