Situated right near Shepherds Bush Green, nice and quiet, comfortable,clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast very good with lots to choose from great selection to suit everyone.

Дружелюбный персонал. В целом, в номере все есть для небольшой поездки. Соседей не было слышно, но, возможно, это из-за того, что их не было, так как все, что происходит в коридоре слышно хорошо.
Непонятная пыль/стружка под матрасом. Отсутствие сейфа в номере, уставшая мебель, отсутствие зарядок у кровати, налет в душевой кабине, очень громко закрывается дверь душевой кабины
Также хочу отдельно отметить район, он не ощущается как безопасный ночью. У нас под окном постоянно громко слушали музыку в машинах, ночью в том числе. Также несколько раз шумели пьяные компании и курили траву
При той цене, которую мы платили за сутки (180€) отель оказался плохим по соотношению цена/качество.

Posizione molto comoda, vicina alla metro. Staff super disponibile e colazione salata buona, quella dolce deficita un po'.
Il bagno è orribile. Angusto senza una ventola d'aerazione. Bisogna usare abbastanza forza per aprire e chiudere la porta, il ché provoca un sacco di rumore, molto fastidioso in piena notte.
A great location for Shepherds Bush O2 . Also really convenient for central London, 15 mins in Central Line to Marble Arch, Oxford Street.
The hotel is extremely clean and extremely quiet.
My room was very comfy, breakfast had a good variety and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I visit London again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Good location for our visit. Theatre was just a few minutes walk from the hotel .
Surrounding area was a little run down and crime is quite high in the area.
