Det var fint og hyggelig betjening.
Vi savnet å ha kjøleskap på rommet.
The guy that checked me in was helpful and friendly. The room was nice. I liked that I could adjust the temperature when it got cold.
I paid for breakfast but when I asked, there were limited vegan options (the butter wasn’t even vegan). The staff member wasn’t sure what was and wasn’t vegan and offered gluten-free bread…
I was looking forward to having breakfast and ended up having a banana and a yoghurt. I left the hotel very hungry which wasn’t great.
I could have done with some extra bedding as I was a little cold throughout the night.
Checkout was quick, but I wasn’t asked how my stay was. Someone else was at the front desk this time, so maybe the person who checked me in would’ve asked this. It felt a little abrupt.
We were looking for a reasonable hotel close to the West End and this Ibis was just right. Good value, parking which leads into the hotel (it does cost £25 for a full day but considering where it is, it is good value), pleasant front of staff, nice room, good bathroom and breakfast if you want it. There is also a bar. Clean property and central to Westfield if you want to do a spot of shopping. Seriously you cannot go wrong, if for one night or perhaps an extended stay. Highly recommend it.
The staffs are very friendly and welcoming
Everything was nice but the toilets needs repair
ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION:
DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY AT "ibis London Shepherds Bush - Hammersmith". The hotel has the lowest quality that I have ever seen in my life. I book 2 night there and when I got to the room assigned to me, it was filled was the smell of Marijuana and the bedsheet was very dirty.
This is a very wrong place for anyone to stay if you are travelling to London and hotel management are aware of the low standard of their facility and that is why immediately you book the hotel, They will immediately deduct charges from your credit card unlike every other hotel.
You will regret if you book this hotel.
Location and comfy bed
We were in room 312 the toilet seat was broken and on our second morning at breakfast the coffee machine wasn't working. Also food was barely warm at breakfast
