Plaza Paitilla Inn Hotel

The breakfast buffet was amazing I think the best so far.

Extreme spacious rooms, homgous bathrooms,, nice natural flavored waters in the lobby

Good stay

I hate to say this but I love love love the pattilla plaza inn. I almost don't want to let people in on this hidden jem. I've stay here 4 times maybe a combined 10 days in the last three month and I'm always happy I did I tried 4 hotel the last time I was there just to try a few different options and I will never stay anywhere else in Panama. Do please don't raise the price lol see you next month month month.

The staff was very friendly, almost an old friend vibe. We felt like we were coming “home” every evening. The hotel was very well kept and the complimentary breakfast caters to all types. This hotel is an easy recommendation. Spend the extra few bucks on costal view, awesome!

Great stay, nice views from the room and the staff was willing to help where they could. Would stay again. The food is also pretty good.

Location, location, location! Simply the best location for that area being that you can walk to Cinta Costera and Ave de Balboa. Literally just steps down from the hotel make a left, walk a few steps and you are at Cinta Costera to enjoy the beautiful walkway and jogging or running path. I even walked down to the fish market way down at the other end. I could’ve rented a bike and rode all the way to the Amador Causeway. On Sundays, they close off the avenue de Balboa from 6 am to 12 noon and make it a bike path only. You can rent a bike for five US and one dollar for the helmet for all those hours. And ride along all the way up the Amador Causeway and back.

The hotel food is very affordable and tasty. You do have to wait sometimes for the food because they’re making it fresh but if you are patient, you will get what you want.

Our sever for most of the night was Neftali. Very nice young man.

We also met Tomas who is the photo person. He greeted us so nicely and gave us good tips on what to do.

Great surprise to find this hotel
Checked all our boxes ,with having 5 people we needed to book 2 rooms as was still a reasonable rate.We will be back

I love the breakfast

My family of 5 definitely had a nice time at the hotel .I must say Mateo the guy taking the photos was awesome extremely excellent customer service and so welcoming from the day we met him.My family loved him .He was very informative and above all was one of the few people who spoke fluent English. Capturing those photos of us was a great addition.

The staff at the Plaza Paitilla are friendly and helpful. Our room on the 14th floor had a great view of the city skyline and the bay area. There is a walking trail accessible nearby that will allow you to walk as far as you wish.

If you plan to stay here, here are some things you should know ahead of time:

The property is a little isolated. There aren't any dining options nearby. Although the hotel does serve breakfast, the only option for evening is a sports bar. There's really no place to just enjoy the scenery and have a great cocktail or listen to music.

If you want a view of the ocean, this area of the bay only has water at high tide. The rest of the time, it's rocky and muddy.
