Pros:

L emplacement. Très calme. Personnel très serviable et réactif. Très bon rapport qualité/prix . IDY le driver de l hôtel est super . Très bon guide . Très ponctuel. Discet efficace et toujours souriant.

Cons:

Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas aménagée.

Niet zoveel eigenlijk. Wanneer we niet konden slapen vh lawaai kregen we een iets betere kamer...

Je connais cet établissement depuis plusieurs sejours mais dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'améliorations au niveau sanitaire. La télé ne fonctionnait pas non plus

Hotel in toffe locatie met mooi zwembad.
Pros:

we verbleven hier een kleine week. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alle basis benodigdheden. Leuke locatie vlak bij de rivier, waar het gezellig is om iets lokaal te eten. Op wandelafstand van de old market van Siem Reap. Mooi zwembad. vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

bij aankomst bleek dat we extra moesten betalen voor een grotere kamer, omdat we met 3 waren ... dat hoefde voor ons niet, maar het voelde een beetje alsof er geen andere mogelijkheid was ...
de bedden waren extreem hard & heel erg oncomfortabel.
Er is heel veel nachtlawaai, dus oordopjes zijn hier geen overbodige luxe.

Pros:

Bon emplacement près du vieux marché. Le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix et proposant des oeufs, de la baguette, de la confiture et des fruits frais. L'organisation possible par l'hôtel d'excursions et de transports.

Cons:

Une famille peu respectueuse des autres hôtes qui joue et crie dans la piscine à 6h du matin puis qui laisse les enfants courir et crier dans les couloirs de l'hôtel.
Je suppose que ça n'arrive pas tous les jours. Dommage pour nous....

Great hosts, budget stay that exceeds value for money expectations.
Pros:

The hosts are very pleasant mannered and attentive/ welcoming. The lady host always smiling and caring for the guest's pleasant stay. The gentleman host always willing to help, for example, they willingly offered changing the standing fan as the older fan was rattling. They also offered to add AC if needed for a small extra cost $5 daily, but we found fan was adequate. They were always ready to assist, for example, asked a boy to take baggages to the room, offer umbrellas while raining, etc. Small gestures that show the hosts' warmth and care for the guests. They also have a tuk tuk that appears to be full time with them that can be arranged for pickup or drop to bus station or airport or for day trips. We did not use the option, but it may be useful for some guests who don't have grab or uber app.

Cons:

Breakfast was same both days, some variety of options may help.

Cons:

For air Conditioning have to charge extra 😣5dolar per day … and when I was out they would disconnect it .it was hot after I came in the room .
