La ropa de cama y toallas están muy percudidas no tienen buen aspecto y genera incomodidad usarlas

Una buena visita pero muchísimo ruido hasta media noche con cumbias de una fiesta de bautizo, la comida del restaurante buena. Habitación muy muy sucia con pintura cayendo, pésimo mantenimiento

Todo bien en general, solo que no hay aire acondicioado y hacía demasiado calor. No pude ni dormir del calor.

I wanted to love this place, and I had read reviews before booking, but I hoped for a better experience. The view from the hotel was stunning, probably the best in town. However, the cost didn’t match what was provided.

The pool wasn’t clean, despite a pool cleaner being onsite for two days, and the Jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we booked, was a letdown. It was dirty and waterless upon arrival, though we were told it was "working fine" and just needed cleaning. When our scheduled Jacuzzi time arrived, they informed us last minute that it wasn’t working due to multiple issues—things that could have been addressed earlier, given we reserved it two days prior.

The hotel looked unkempt, possibly due to it being off-season timing? The room was fine but basic, which we expected, no complaints there. However, the lack of care for the pool and Jacuzzi was disappointing.

The front desk staff was excellent and helped us navigate Alto Lucero, a small town with limited dining options. They gave great suggestions and called taxis for us.

We heard the onsite restaurant was good, but it was always empty and closed early. No big deal—we were happy to go into town. Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the price. The view is fantastic, but you can get the same benefits at another hotel in town for half the cost.

Excelente opción, el hotel cuenta con bonitas instalaciones y una vista inmejorable, la atención del personal y la calidad de los alimentos son muy buenos también, invitado a regresar

el hotel tiene bonita vista, pero no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, y deberían de poner un elevador para personas con alguna discapacidad

Hice la reserva, despues la cancele porque el hotel quedaba muy lejos, hable y me dijeron que la habian cancelado y me devolverian el dinero y NO FUE CIERTO, SE QUEDARON CON EL DINERO cuando se supone lo habian cancelado

Me gusto que es un hotel para descansar del trafico y ruido de las cuidades, sus espacios permiten admirar la belleza del paisaje y ademas que esta en un poblado super limpio y cuidado.
No me gusto que la cascada no estaba disponible porque no a llovido en el lugar y que el mirador que hay en el poblado no esta a la altura de la belleza que se puede apreciar ahi

El hotel tiene unas vistas increíbles y su restaurante muy bueno, todo es muy rico y a precios accesibles, la habitacion tiene una vista hermosa.

Me hospedé en la habitación Horizonte, me sorprendió mucho observar que no cuenta con un bote de basura en la misma recámara y solo en el sanitario, así como Si se solicita servicio a la habitación no tiene una mesa donde colocar platos con alimentos, las puertas como son ventanales corredizos están muy duros creo les falta mantenimiento por lo demás es casi perfecto

It was amazing. The drive to the location was long but once there it qas great. The food and the view was simething else... great place to visit at least once in a life time.

El lugar está excelente, muy bonito, solo falta algo de atención en restaurante y en la alberca pues tardaban mucho en atenderte.
