Service war gut,zimmergröße war top ,sehr zentral,Shopping Mall zu Fuß erreichbar.und sehr sauber alles

Cons:

Die Betten im Hotel waren leider eine absolute Katastrophe – sehr unbequem und überhaupt nicht erholsam. Auch der Spa-Bereich hat enttäuscht, da er insgesamt unhygienisch wirkte. Zwar gab es eine Sauna, jedoch keinen richtigen Ruhebereich. Es stand lediglich eine einzelne Liege zur Verfügung, die sich mehrere Gäste teilen mussten, sodass man sich nach dem Saunagang nicht entspannen konnte. Zusätzlich war es sehr unangenehm, dass man im Bademantel am Restaurant vorbeigehen musste, um zurück auf sein Zimmer zu kommen. Insgesamt hat das den Wellness-Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

فندق يمناز بحسن تعامل موظفيه وتحدثهم العربية
Pros:

سرعة اتمام إجراءات الدخول عند الوصول وحسن تعامل السيدة إلهام والغرف نظيفة وواسعة وتتسع للعائلة كما أن بوفيه الإفطار مميز ومتنوع وهناك أماكن مخصصة للأطفال

سرعة الانزلاق عند مدخل المسبح والذي يحتاج لوضع قطع مطاطية للسلامة

فندق نظيف جدا وموقعه ممتاز .. افضل شي قابلته هناك تعامل الموظفيين للامانه كانوا متميزين جدا اسمائهم لا اعرفها. ولكن الكل اللي قابلتهم ممتازين الذين يعملون في الاستقبال ومواقف السيارات 👍🏻

Good enough for families with kids.
Pros:

Due to some technical issues on the room initially booked, the administration offered us two big rooms for the same price in the first night.
The pool is great with hot water.
The spa area and kids water playground also.
The room was spacious for 2 + 2 children.

Cons:

No big issues, but:
The bed and the pillows were not so comfy.
The central heating system was noisy during the night.
