Size of the room and it was clean, breakfast was great, good selection. Location good, 1km from metro. Close to several malls and restaurants. Parking convenient

Cons:

Reason I only gave a 7 is no fresh air in the room. We stayed 4 nights and had room 101. Aircon only worked on fan or heating. But whatever setting didn't do much. I told reception it was too hot in the room and they said they would sort it. But only turned the temperature down in the panel, that didn't work, of course I tried that before. Seemed like only very limited hours there was some airflow. Window didn't open. I could hear people in other rooms trying to open window in night. So probably is problem in every room. Was not comfortable to re-breathe stale air. Gave me headache. Also all day could hear the musac from halfway in the room, don't like listening to it.
Would not stay again unless at least the airflow in room is solved.

Hospitality was exceptional. Elham, the reception manager, was very welcoming and her assistance was amazing with ensuring we have a comfortable experience at the hotel

Pros:

Really nice staff, food was good, beds were big and free parking.
When I come back to Bursa, I will come back there.

Cons:

If the room is on the street, it can be noisy.
Unfortunately, furniture of the bedrooms are a bit old and outdated. It is time to change them.

Loved the location ..the breakfast was amazing also the staff was kind and helpful..the room was spacious .. had a wonderful stay

Cons:

Actually the hallway carpet was very dirty.. I wish they change it and also the room carpet is dirty too…but other than that it’s wonderful

Piscine appréciable, à la température parfaite.
Table de ping pont et jeu d’echecs à disposition.

Pros:

The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent. We appreciated the high-quality toiletries, robes, and slippers provided. The hotel staff was consistently friendly, and the breakfast was truly great with a wonderful variety.
Hot pool and and spa/ sauna included in the price, as well as a salina room. Great location. Great value for money.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Spa did not live up to expectations. The cleanliness was quite poor throughout the facilities; the hammam rooms were cold, and the basins were visibly dirty. Used towels were left lying everywhere, which added to the untidy feel. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than attending to the clients. It felt very unprofessional and was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for.
We could hear our neighbors throughout the night due to bad noise insulation, and we were constantly bothered by a strong smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room from neighboring units.
