Odaya girdiğimizde rezervasyon yaptığımız oda da klima ve tv de problem olduğunu fark ettiğimizde ve çözüm talep ettiğimizde odamız upgrade yapıldı.verilen oda üst segment olsa da tercihimiz rezervasyon yaptığımız oda olurdu aslında ama başka aynı özellikte oda olmadığı için sorun etmedik.
Onun dışında tüm personel çok kibar, çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, özellikle kahvaltı salonunda karşılama yapan beyefendiye ayrıca nezaketi için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Çocuklar havuzda oldukça eğlendiler.

المكان قريب من المولات .. النظافة .. المسبح جميل .. الفطور متنوع .. يعينون موظفة عربية للمساعده السيدة إلهان ممتازه من حيث التعامل و بشوشة و تقدم المساعدة دائما
