فندق مريح بمعنى الكلمه من تعامل الموظفه الهام مديرة العلاقات العامه الى الطاقم كامل كانو ع اتم الاستعداد للمساعده والخدمه على اكمل وجه انا خذيته اسبوع وبعدها مددت معانا اطفال كانو ودودين والريوق عندهم لذيذ ومتنوع والسياره ياخذونها مني من باب الفندق ويصفطونها عني بخدمه مجانيه فندق جداً راقي ويمه اكبر مول ببورصه والخدمات كلها حولي كانت من صيدليه مستشفى جمعيه ومطعم يحيى زادا لا طوفونه يمه واكلهم عجيب اي وقبل لا انسى قدمو لنا مشروب ترحيبي وسويت استقبالهم كان دافي

الموظفين بشكل عام ودودين جداً وخدومين فإذا كان من تقيم عالي للفندق فهذا يعود للموظفين أنا أعطي الموظفين خمس نجوم اما الفندق فهوه قديم والأثاث ايضاً قديم الموقع جيد قريب من المول ومحطة البترول وبعض المطاعم

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

It is one of the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff is very nice. I even got a welcome cake and drink at arrival. The room was nice. I got a nice hand written note in the room and the stay was excellent.

Cons:

Everything was perfect and I have nothing bad to say.
