Prima Unterkunft für Altstadt Istanbuls
Pros:

Ruhige Lage und doch zentral für die Erkundung von Sultanahmet. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Nur wenige Meter entfernt mit dem „Fish House“ excellentes Restaurant

Cons:

Zumindest das gebuchte Zimmer war recht klein.

Amazing value for money, perfect location, views, and wonderful staff!
Pros:

The hotel is small and cozy, and the location is perfect. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the tram stop are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

Our room was compact but had an amazing view of the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia, which made our stay even more special.

The rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia, and Istanbul. Having breakfast there was one of the highlights of our trip.

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Considering the excellent location, beautiful views, and affordable price, the hotel offers fantastic value for money. We highly recommend it!

Ottima posizione ma alcuni aspetti (pulizia,manutenzione,colazione) sono da migliorare

Tra gli aspetti positivi, c’è sicuramente la posizione, molto comoda e vicina al centro. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno e ci è stato anche offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera, un gesto molto apprezzato.

Cons:

Dalle foto l’hotel sembrava più curato e più bello rispetto alla realtà. Essendo un boutique hotel con grandi potenzialità, ci sono alcuni aspetti che andrebbero migliorati, soprattutto la pulizia e la manutenzione. Ad esempio, nell’ascensore ci sono dettagli da sistemare e verniciare, mentre il balcone della nostra camera, nonostante l’upgrade gratuito, era piuttosto sporco quindi non abbiamo utilizzato.

Anche la colazione non mi ha convinto: per un hotel a quattro stelle mi aspettavo una proposta più varia e internazionale. Inoltre, la sala colazione si trova al piano -1 e, per raggiungere la terrazza, bisogna prima scendere e poi risalire, una soluzione poco pratica.

Hotellet har en virkelig god beliggenhed med en tagterrasse, hvor der er en formidabel udsigt.

Beliggende er meget central. Personalet var hjælpsomme og meget venlige

Hotel familiare con vista stupenda
Pros:

Voto 10 per terrazza panoramica (la migliore in assoluto), per la gentilezza e simpatia dello staff (per supporto, consigli ecc), posizione centrale a Sultanameth. Abbiamo avuto upgrade gratuito in una suite con enorme finestra vista Bosforo e balconcino perfetto per fumatori, sorpresa molto gradita al nostro arrivo (con frutta, salatini, acqua a e bottiglia di vino bianco).
Ottima la doccia, con un bel getto potente, idem il phoon fantastico per un hotel.
Asciugamani cambiate ogni giorno, così come hanno sempre rifornito la stanza di una bottiglia d'acqua, graditissimo.
Letto grande, materasso forse non al top ma comunque comodo.
Ancora una volta grazie ai ragazzi dello staff, davvero a tutti loro darei 11 se ci fosse l'opzione.

Cons:

La colazione. Purtroppo è il tasto davvero davvero dolente, per chi come me ama moltissimo le colazioni (è per me spesso un punto fondamentale per la scelta di un hotel): pochissima scelta sul dolce (tanti biscotti turchi ma sempre uguali; potreste aggiungere qualche muffin
per esempio, semplici ma graditi ovunque; diversi intoppi. Ma se non vi interessa troppo la colazione è un'ottima scelta di hotel perché tutto il resto è ottimo.
Arredo un po' datato ma funzionale e funzionante. Come piccolo consiglio: arricchirei con qualche dettaglio colorato (ad esempio qualche cuscini di arredo stile turco), darebbe una nota positiva in più 😊

Pros:

Staff were very helpful with information and overall nice and positive whenever we had any interactions. We were given 2 connecting rooms on the ground floor, making it easier with the kids. The room was cleaned daily. Terrace is nice, and we were offered complimentary tea when we went up. The location is good near the tram and Sultanahmet + restaurants and a useful grocery store nearby.

Cons:

The hotel definitely could use freshening up, especially the bathrooms, which are showing signs of age and the TVs. The lobby can smell of cigarette smoke from time to time, which isn't ideal. Although you can get eggs / pancake made on demand, the rest of the breakfast items are a bit basic and there is a lack of variety/quality when looking at the rating of the hotel and the price I paid. The coffee machine isn't great.

LA ATENCIÓN DE OMER, Y DE TODOS EN GENERAL, EL HOTEL TIENE UNA VISTA PRECIOSA DEL BOSFORO, EL DESAYUNO BUFET TURCO VARIADO DELICIOSO. ES SUPER CENTRICO A TODOS LOS LUGARES BONITOS QUE TIENE ESTAMBUL. CONTENTA CON LA ATENCIÓN DE TODO EL PERSONAL A PESAR DE NO HABLAR INGLES ELLOS UTILIZAN EL TRADUCTOR DEL CELULAR CON LA FINALIDAD DE ENTENDERNOS. FELIZ CON LA ESTANCIA!!!

A very good location and staff, with just a hint of needed improvement
Pros:

Hands down, the staff deserves the highest praise. Good job. Also the location of the hotel is awesome. It's right in the heart of the old city. In 5 min you will get from the hotel to the Hagia, to the Cystern, to the Blue Mosque or the Topcapi Pallace. And the terrace offers great views - you can take your breakfast and eat it there.

Cons:

2 things need improving: A. the versatility of the breakfast. I've stayed 5 nights. Each morning we had the same breakfast to choose from. Even though it was ok, after a while you need something else. B. The sound proofing is lacking. You could hear almost every sound from outside or inside of the hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 on the sound scale, I would say that I would give it a 5 on how much we heard.

Mega zentral und familienfreundlich
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, welches einem herzlich willkommen heisst. Die Lage ist super zentral bei Hagia Sophia und der blauen Moschee. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Grosses Angebot mit vielen verschiedenen Produkten, jedoch eher traditionell gehalten.

Agora Libe ubicación perfects
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, es de 10, todo muy cerca, se puede ir andando a Santa Sofía, Mezquita Azul, Gran Bazar..., el personal del hotel muy majos te intentan ayudar en todo. Las habitaciones están muy bien, tienen un tamaño bueno y la cama es comodisima.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno, tienen poca variedad.

Pros:

Чудовий затишний готель у самому історичному центрі поруч з Софією та Блакитною мечеттю. Безкоштовний паркінг, шикарна оглядова тераса на даху. Дуже приємний і вічливий персонал, готовий допомогти у любому питанні. Щоденне прибирання і румсервіс. Дякую, нам було дуже комфортно.

Great location… not clean… disgusting breakfast

Fantastic location… front of office staff excellent, great view from the suite room

Cons:

Our room was NEVER cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there (i tested them by placing a piece of paper on the floor), balcony was filthy, DISGUSTING breakfast, pillows as hard as a rock, and the mattress killed my back!
