Pros:

Da vista do quarto.

Cons:

Como paguei meia pensão, relato a falta de alimentos para quem possui intolerância à lactose. Outro detalhe foi a superlotação (não é culpa do hotel) acarretando sobrecarga no atendimento, deixando má impressão.

O fluxo do chuveiro estava com problemas, sem volume adequado, muito frio ou muito quente, abaixo da expectativa.

No geral o Hotel é excelente.
Pros:

No geral gostei de tudo, fui comemorar meu aniversário e da minha filha. O Hotel é espetacular, o ambiente, as piscinas, o café, o almoço, o jantar, os funcionários todos atenciosos. A noite teve um forró muito bom.

Cons:

Uma pequena observação que não tirar o brilho do Hotel a penas melhorar o ambiente, na suíte não tinha: Copo nem água no frigobar, tínhamos que ir até o bar comprar, não tinha secador no banheiro para as mulheres secar os cabelos, a água muito fraca para tomar banho(essas observações são para aperfeiçoar os serviços), são detalhes que não tiram o brilho da demais.
