wie bei ebay: "immer gern wieder!"
Pros:

gesamtheitlich:
- ein kleines, sehr gut konserviertes Juwel aus den 1950er-Jahren (Typus: Messehotel)
- besonderes Erlebnis: der 1956 eingebaute, immer noch tadellos funktionierende Fahrstuhl
- meines Erachtens ein sehr gut ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungs-Verthältnis

Lage:
- SEHR zentral, wenn man mit ÖPNV anreist (Trambahn- und Bushaltestellen gewissermaßen direkt vor der Tür, Parkmöglichkeiten kann ich als Nichtmotorisierter nicht beurteilen)
- Innenstadt, Hauptbahnhof etc. in ca. 10 Minuten per ÖPNV erreichbar; wenn man gut zu Fuß ist -> ebenfalls ein Katzensprung
- für ein jüngeres Publikum meines Erachtens äußerst attraktiv im quirligen Stadtteil Hannover-Linden gelegen (dort ist IMMER etwas los in Bezug auf Gastro, Party, Shopping etc.)

Zimmer:
- schlicht, ohne unnötigen Luxuskram, sauber und - je nach persönlichem Empfinden - trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig

Frühstück:
- kann ich nicht beurteilen -> Angebot richtet sich nach Anzahl der frühstückenden Gäste (meines Erachtens ein sehr überzeugendes, wirtschaftlich angemessenes Geschäftsmodell, ohne daß Ressourcen verschwendet werden)
- wer frühmorgens Appetit hat bzw. zur ersten Zigarette DRINGEND einen starken Kaffee braucht -> BACKWERK befindet sich direkt nebenan

Personal:
- wohltuend freundlich, entgegenkommend & umsichtig
- im Gemeinschaftsbad war die Beleuchtung defekt -> wurde umgehend & äußerst kompetent repariert

Cons:

Es gibt leider nur einen Schwarzen Bären - ich hätte gern in jeder größeren Stadt einen bzw. eine vergleichbar exceptionelle Unterkunft.

Es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, aber toll war es nicht.

Lag direkt neben unserer Fortbildungsveranstaltung.

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 8:30 Uhr, obwohl bei Booking ab 7 Uhr steht
Unbequeme Kissen
Nachdem ich beim ersten Mal darauf hingewiesen hab, dass eine falsche Anrede auf der Rechnung steht, war es beim zweiten Mal trotzdem falsch.
Check-In beide Male eher holprig, da es die Reinigungskraft mit wenig Deutschkentnissen erledigen musste, ein paar mehr Informationen bspw. zum Check-Out und zu den Frühstückszeiten wären nett gewesen.

Cons:

Gemeinschaftsbad mit nur einem WC für die ganze Etage, Sauberkeit war oberflächlich gegeben, Nichtraucherzimmer roch trotzdem nach Rauch, Fahrstuhl funktionierte nur gelegentlich

Pros:

Die Lage direkt in Limmer ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bus und Straßenbahn fahren direkt vor dem Hotel ab.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag direkt zur Straße, da die Fenster, keinen Schallschutz haben, war es extrem laut.
