All is good. Staff very helpful. Pleaseant stay. Breakfast was ok. Large resort. Super nice pools. Many amenities specially to those with kids. Room is slightly in need of renovation. Beautiful large spacious. Beach was not easily accessible. Deserve the 90 percent rating

Ideal for families

Amazing hotel so much to do, Alot of pools ect . Staff are really nice and attentive, rooms and bathrooms very clean and safe. We will definitely be back .

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. We especially loved the variety of pools and the engaging kids’ entertainment programs. The pools are shallow enough for beginner swimmers, which made our holiday feel both safe and relaxing.

Its really about the great staff. Christina at reception, Omar in the Bar & restaurant. The housekeeping team were amazing. The kids just love seeing each & every person for the last couple of years

Amazing stay

This hotel is absolutely stunning!!!! Perfect family hotel. Set across 3 big hotel resorts with the most amount of pools I've ever seen. 2 splash parks. The pools are all shallow and so family friendly. We only ate breakfast but was delicious. The apartment was so comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The sofa bed pulls out as 2 separate single beds.

Amazing place , highly recommend a sea view room

Room was good, separate bedroom, with kitchenette. Pool looked nice but not warm enough outside so didn’t use it. Breakfast across the street was very good.

Very good resort with several pools and amenities. Very friendly and nice staff.

fantastic stay with family

Amenities, food and beverage offering were below what Alfagar Aparthotel offered in our last stay. Need some maintenance in the bathroom.

Fantastic hotel due to multiple pool options, restaurants, staff service and cleanliness. Only negative I found was the location. It’s quite a long walk to the beach in the heat and the hotel does not provide sun loungers or umbrellas. The beach can get very crowded so unless you bring your own ‘shade’ then expect to be roasted in the sun.

Beautiful resort property. The resort is large and provides direct private beach access which we really enjoyed. Numerous beautiful pools and a couple restaurants to pick from.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I had read some previous reviews indicating breakfast was chaotic - i didn't find it that bad at all. Staff worked hard to keep the dishes fresh and stocked. Did not try the dinner buffer, but had pizza from the Italian restaurant twice (very good).

Overall, very nice and well kept grounds. Two minor items for improvement - The ropes course was not open (front desk indicated they did not receive their permit for this year) and the shower is due for a renovation.

Would definitely stay again.

Really kid friendly resort that’s 5 mins from new town and old town albufeira. Lots of pools and food options. Clean rooms and well kept. Good kitchen facilities.

Second time we have been to this resort. Its clean as great facilities / food and the staff are very customer focused. Pools are great and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is great for families! This was our second time at the resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. This time we found the service at the bar very slow each time. Too many people were waiting to be served. Only 3 staff amongst 10-12 tables.

Beautiful setting of pools and trees. Unfortunately, disappointed that disabled room didn’t have safety handrails or split proof mats in the shower area.
