The location and the hospitality of the female receptionists.
The cleanliness of the room and the male receptionist called me to cut off my room. I had booked for 3, but they insisted me to have only two rooms. They tried to talk to us again when we arrived at the hotel, but we said NO and they could give us 3 rooms. I had no idea why.
The staff is friendly and good location.
3 floors without elevator and under my bed was very dirty.
The hotel is on a street which at night becomes red light area, lots of shouting and screaming until 03:00

Ladies shouting right below the building made it impossible to sleep properly. Tiny toilet boxes were uncomfortable to use and I’m 163cm tall… the shower cabins weren’t the cleanest and there was no kettle in the room as stated in the property description. Staff was friendly though.
The hostel is very central and the beds in the shared dormitory are very confortable, really wide and the thick curtains are a big plus! Just keep in mind that the room is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
The bathroom is not great… The toilets and showers are in two different rooms inside the dormitory, but the showers are really not great, small and dirty, while the toilet were also not clean and smelly. I only stayed one night so it was okay, but that was not the best experience. The bed quality did make up for it though!
I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was nice. The staff was very kind to provide a pedestal fan since I didn’t want to use the air conditioning due to a sore throat.
One downside, however, is the lack of an elevator. The staircase is quite steep, which makes carrying luggage to the higher floors a challenge. This could be a significant inconvenience if you have heavy bags or mobility concerns.
