Ort und Zeit haben die Buchung bestimmt ;-).
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Freie Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße.
Das Hotel ist klein.
Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet.
Das Bad ist dagegen sehr modern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Ich wurde durch klopfen und anschließendes Öffnen meines Zimmers von einem Mitarbeiter geweckt,
welcher sich im Zimmer geirrt hatte.
Die Einzelbetten sind schmal.
176 € pro Nacht für dieses Hotel ist zu teuer.
Lag vermutlich an dem Backstreet Boys Konzert ;-).

Pros:

El personal y el desayuno 🥣 increíble y super delicioso.
José es un encanto, tuve suerte porque el recepcionista hablaba en español lo digo para los que buscan un hotel donde haya idioma español.
Sabri también tuvo mucha paciencia conmigo porque no me funcionó la tarjeta 💳 y tuve que reiniciar el teléfono.
El personal un 10/10 desde luego.

La habitación es maravillosa y las vistas sublimes. Una tranquilidad increíble al estar retirado en un barrio residencial, dormí muy bien y descansé mucho.

Cons:

Había una chica en el desayuno 🥣 que trabajaba allí y llevaba unas botas de tacón que hacían mucho ruido al andar.

A las 8:30 de la mañana me apetece desayunar tranquila sin taconeos molestos, y ella como trabajadora que era, lógicamente, todo el rato andando para acá y para allá.

En hostelería en España nadie lleva tacones por no hacer ruido y molestar a los clientes.

Fue muy desagradable, es la unica pega que tengo, lo demás todo perfecto 💯

La ubicación para ir al metro 🚇 está un poco retirado, son unos 700 metros y de noche después del concierto, iba sola y andando de noche... Es un barrio seguro pero si vas a un concierto cogete otro hotel más cerca del Merkur Spiel Arena o del metro.

Propre, bon accueil, coca à 1.80 €, bonne douche, petit balcon, à 10 min du tram.

Pros:

La posizione non è centrale ma la fermata dell'autobus da/per l'aeroporto è vicinissima (neanche 100m), la fermata dei tram che portano in centro si trova invece a 10minuti a piedi. Hotel un po' datato ma comunque carino, per entrare nella hall si passa in una specie di serra con piante e divanetti.. davvero simpatica! Addetti alla reception molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione TOP decisamente al di sopra delle aspettative!

Cons:

Camera per niente insonorizzata, la porta d'ingresso è un po' datata e quindi si sentiva chiunque passasse nel corridoio.
Moquette in camera (che non amo particolarmente).

Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer unterm Dach - sehr nett und funktional eingerichtet. Sehr sehr sauber, bequemes Bett. In Laufentfernung von Messe und Arena. Gegenüber gibt es Bäcker, Aldi, Apotheke. Bushaltestellen direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Ich wohne in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und bin Strassenlärm nicht gewohnt. Die Stadtautobahn ist etwa 200m entfernt und bei offenem Fenster war es doch sehr laut.
