Super spacious lovely clean apartment with everything you need, kitchen with cooker and microwave etc. right in the centre of historic Santiago. Florencia was a fantastic host, leaving keys for us as we arrived in early morning and answering all our questions, helping us organise taxi to airport and advising on tours. Will go back again.

The service from the owner,Florencia, was exceptional helping in any way possible from the first contact. Nothing was too much trouble and she assisted with pricing on transport, ordered a taxi back to the airport and helped in any way possible. The location was perfect and is in a safe district close to all parts of town. I walked to most places of interest but was also happy to stay in the apartment. An older property, but in one of the best locations for tourists in Santiago, very close to Plaza des Armes and 2 metro stations. A supermarket across the road and 24 hour security were good features. The apartment itself is small and would benefit from redecorating, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and cooking facilities. Florencia spoke good English and was great with communication , she was very helpful throughout our stay.

Location of this apart-hotel is excellent, near the plaza the Armas, metro, Cathedral, etc. Supermarkets nearby. Rooms are fairly comfortable with a functioning kitchen. The manager is very helpful, and communicates regularly to see if we need anything. All in all, a very good stay for us.
