Un accueil chaleureux et une chambre magnifique, mais la propreté des toilettes communes a gâché l’expérience.
Pros:

Très bon accueil : le personnel est chaleureux et la personne qui nous a accueillis parle très bien français, anglais et portugais. La chambre est magnifique et les douches sont bien.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif concerne la propreté des toilettes communes, séparées de la chambre. Nous avions réservé pour une nuit et sommes arrivés le soir : deux toilettes étaient hors service et les autres étaient sales, avec des excréments dans les cuvettes et du papier toilette un peu partout. Le lendemain matin à 8 h, elles étaient toujours dans le même état que la veille. C’est vraiment dommage, car le reste était très bien.

Die Lage war sehr nah am Zentrum. Die Aussicht auf den Kirchplatz war schön. Das Zimmer war hübsch, insbesondere die Decke.

Cons:

Der Lärm aus dem Flur und das Licht, dass uns geweckt hat wenn im Hausflur jemand unterwegs war. Das Zimmer ist dadurch leider sehr hell geworden und hat uns geweckt. Auf dem Platz draussen wurde von Studenten bis morgens um 4 sehr laut gefeiert und geraucht. Schlafen war dadurch sehr schwer, selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster hat man den Lärm und den Rauch mitbekommen. Die Badezimmer waren leider nicht sauber und viele Klos, Duschen und Waschbecken waren defekt.

Atendimento incrível e muito próximo à universidade.
Pros:

Comunicação muito boa mesmo antes da chegada. Recepcionista super solícito e gentil. Cozinha disponível com utensílios básicos, fogão, micro-ondas e geladeira compartilhada. Localização excelente para quem planeja ir à universidade. Decoração muito bonita.

Pros:

The staff was just wonderful and friendly. The room was nice and clean room. I liked the kitchen zone with microwave, fridge and oven. The toilet was always clean. Reasonable price. Perfect location.

Cons:

I had a problem with the lock in my room, and I discovered it too late, when there was nobody to fix it and I couldn't lock my room from inside for the night. Also the shower and toilet are in the same place and it is one for the whole floor. The only way to take it, is to close the whole lavatory. But overall it was not too bad.

Pros:

Great choice for an overnight trip. Clean and comfortable and close to the university with a short, but steep walk to the town and river. Fantastic botanical gardens!

Splendido ostello in palazzo elegante
Pros:

Ostello stupendo, accanto alla cattedrale, in un palazzo elegante e meraviglioso. I bagni per uomini e donne sono separati e questo è molto apprezzabile. L'ostello fornisce armadietti già dotati di serratura e un asciugamano. Fortemente consigliato.

Cons:

Alcune docce erano intasate e l'acqua faceva fatica a fluire nello scarico, e non essendoci piani di appoggio protetti dal getto della doccia per le proprie cose (come il beauty) rendeva complicata l'organizzazione dello spazio. Inoltre sono stata sfortunata, il mio letto aveva la presa elettrica danneggiata e non ho potuto caricare il telefono, ma immagino fosse perchè nessuno l'aveva segnalato prima alla reception.
