Pros:

Clean room, nice breakfast, big pool and friendly staff.

Cons:

There was nothing i didnt like. However, suggestions for improvement for me would be:

- what I would have appreciated is more vegetarian options in the restaurant. There is only one veg meal and no veg starter.
- Also the wifi signal could be stronger and more consistent in the rooms.

Except reception guy things were fine.
Cons:

Reception is very bad, specially a guy in night duty. He doesn't have manners to talk to customers specially with female. He refused to provide the alternate option till we called his manager.

Lots of shops nearby and the hotel offers shuttle bus to the town

Cons:

We travelled as family and the first morning they didn’t offer my kids breakfast and the portion was very small for us. The shower was cold in our first day (they did fix it the next day) but warm water is something expected from a resort that charges so much per night for a suite. The next day, they asked us to pay for breakfast in the restaurant which was included in our room rate. I feel these created some unpleasant moments that could have been avoided

Perfekter Ort, um Urlaub zu starten
Pros:

Personal war perfekt!!! Echt zuvorkommend und lieb. Haben aufkommende Fragen umgehend beantwortet und auch hilfreiche (und finanzschonende) Tipps gegeben.
Das Essen war super, Pool und die Anlage immer schön sauber. Mein Kind wollte eigentlich nicht weiter reisen und war auch täglich nicht aus dem Pool zu kriegen. :)
Etwas abseits vom Trubel von Ubud, also nicht in einer touristischen Gegend, aber das hat perfekt gepasst.

Es gab wirklich keinen besseren Ort, um unseren Urlaub zu starten. Würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, Egal ob Single, Pärchen oder Familie.

Mooi verblijf, vriendelijk personeel wel enkele minpuntjes

Mooie nieuwe grote kamer, mooie tuin, vriendelijk personeel, gratis shuttle naar Ubud

Cons:

Er was regelmatig last van rook van vuurtjes op het rijstveld, maar was niet constant. Ontbijt was erg veel hetzelfde alhoewel de verschillende keuzes een andere naam hadden, veel last van lawaai van bovenburen, meubels en huilende kinderen, geluidsisolatie is niet zo goed
