Pros:

breakfast: great. A la carte with 2 choices + a fixed set of breakfast items. But good quality and freshness.
room: good bed and pillows, nice design, good size - balcony or stoop with chairs (for ground floor rooms)
Pool: very nice, clean and green
The whole resort is lush and green and well-kept
Hotel staff all very friendly.

Cons:

* One day there was suddenly a group of guests with 10 kids plus several adults who hogged the pool - very noisy, diving screaming, spalshing and causing a ruckus - for hours. I complained to the pool staff and the manager, but nobody achieved that these people stay quiet. It was very annoying and spoiled my whole afternoon which I had planned to spend reading and with a glass of wine.
Instead of making these people leave I was suggested to vacate to the neighbouring resort where there was an adult-only pool. But my question was - why should I move, when I'm not the problem?

* the bathroom wasn't renovated. The shower glass had not been cleaned for years (heavy water residue) and the bathroom furniture was visibly outdated

* hotel manager had 0 problem-solving and communications capacity.

Pros:

The service was amazing, they treated you like family. Amazing food and the rooms where very clean, they gave you free water every day and the utilities in the bathroom where amazing, they had shaving kits, dental kits, shower caps, and a comb all for free, I would love to go again.

Cons:

The shower took a while to heat up but it wasn't that bad considering everything else was amazing

Pros:

The rooms were exceptional on this rate. Swimming pool and its pool bar were both great.

Restaurant is extremely mad at prices, it’s plain non worthy.
They misled us with food options around aswell.

Clean room, nice breakfast, big pool and friendly staff.

Cons:

There was nothing i didnt like. However, suggestions for improvement for me would be:

- what I would have appreciated is more vegetarian options in the restaurant. There is only one veg meal and no veg starter.
- Also the wifi signal could be stronger and more consistent in the rooms.

Except reception guy things were fine.
Cons:

Reception is very bad, specially a guy in night duty. He doesn't have manners to talk to customers specially with female. He refused to provide the alternate option till we called his manager.
