Great Stay, Excellent Staff. Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Excellent friendly staff, I had a good discussion with Andy at the reception. Andy was very helpful for the whole check-in process, information about the hotel he guided me for the parking, and also accommodated for my check-out time! Kudos to Andy! Also on Friday August 28 morning, the receptionist was really helpful, I almost forgot I purchased breakfast, he reminded me, so I had enough time to get it for the whole family! My family really enjoyed the bath in the suite, also AC made the stay even more comfortable! Also Parc Roger Salengro is nice little park to visit with kids.

Cons:

The parking entrance can be easily missed, specially night time for the first time. Maybe you can extra visuals in front of it. Also on the sheet, you can also add how to return to the parking, we need to walk through the same parking door.

Une grande disponibilité de l’équipe et la propreté du spa
Pros:

Le personnel s’est démené pour s’adapter à notre situation (visite d’un proche à l’hôpital). Ils ont été aux petits soins. L’hôtel et le spa sont très propres, l’équipe très disponible. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bien situé , facile de rejoindre Paris. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Good stay in Paris
Pros:

The room and the bathroom were clean. The room also had a fan, which was necessary for the summer heat in Paris. We were offered a free spa, which included a sauna and a jacuzzi. The car parking was convenient, with secure parking nearby.
The metro was just around the corner, less than a minute's walk.
The breakfast was very good.
