Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a 2 minuti a piedi da casa Batllò e 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro " Passeis de Gracia", punto di collegamento molto importante. Da questa fermata con la R2 NORD si raggiunge in 30 minuti e al costo di €5,50 il terminal 2 dell'Aeroporto di Barcellona.
Abbiamo richiesto una stanza matrimoniale al 1° piano e lontana dalle altre stanze e ci hanno assegnato la 104. La stanza è piccolissima ma dotata di armadio e tv, il bagno abitabile con doccia grande e comoda.
In stanza È presente sia l'aria condizionata e sia un balconcino.
La comunicazione, via chat tramite booking, è stata istantanea e veloce. Le richieste sono state soddisfatte tutte, quando possibile.
La colazione è ricca ed è sia salata che dolce.
Chiave digitale del palazzo, hotel e stanza è impeccabile: Si è totalmente autonomi per entrare e uscire dall'hotel.
All'arrivo la stanza aveva un buono stato di pulizia e all'ingresso in hotel si avverte sempre un buon profumo.

La stanza è davvero molto piccola, non c'è molto spazio di manovra.

Location. Very close to Casa Batllo (Gaudi) and across the street from excellent tapa restaurant and pastry shop.

Digital keys for building, hotel and room entry worked flawlessly.

Cons:

Building entry dirty and Musty elevators. Room was very small and cramp for the high price.Mediocre continental breakfast for additional charge. The airline change our flight a day early. Could not get a refund or any credit for the unused hotel night.
