Never stay at Kervansaray Bursa City Hotel. Booking this hotel was our biggest mistake on this trip.
Pros:

There are nice members of the staff

Cons:

This was our first hotel stay of the trip. We arrived in the middle of the night after a long drive. I felt itchy but thought I was imagining it. I was exhausted and did not inspect the room.

On the second night, my wife felt something in bed and killed it. We turned on the lights and realised it was a bed bug. In the few minutes it took me to get dressed and go to reception, we found several more on the bed and carpet. This was a bed bug infestation. See the attached photographs.

We brought a dead bug to reception. They moved us after we refused to stay in that room. No apology. No compensation. They acted as though nothing serious had happened.

We spent the entire night inspecting every item and every seam of our luggage. Our child slept with the lights on in the replacement room while we repeatedly checked for bugs and bites. We got no sleep, then had to drive for hours to our next hotel. Instead of enjoying the following days at our destination, we had to find a laundry with dryers to treat our belongings.

The next morning, only after we told staff this was unacceptable and needed addressing, they told us they had called a company to spray the room. Now, through Booking.com, the hotel claims its inspection found no bed bugs. We saw them, photographed them, and brought one to reception. Their denial and unprofessional attidue is outrageous.

I am writing this to prevent another family from going through the same experience. Look at the pictures. Avoid this hotel.

Very affordable comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is very central, the staff are professional and helpful, the valet service was included in my booking and it was so helpful honestly the breakfast is great with lots of choice
I really liked the comfortable round beds

Pros:

Good location , in the heart of the city. Grand Bazaar was very nearby. Metro station was also nearby.

Cons:

The breakfast items didn't change. It was the same everyday. So not very appetizing.

Любезен персонал, централно разположение
Pros:

Пристигнахме много по-рано в хотела и ни настаниха без никакви проблеми. Срещу малко заплащане ни включиха и закуска. Не трябваше да чакаме 7-8часа до часа за настаняване.
