Lugar perfecto para descubrir Bursa
Pros:

El hotel es antiguo pero muy cómodo. El desayuno muy completo. La ubicación perfecta para descubrir la ciudad. Cercano al metro y a las paradas de autobús.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit guten Frühstück. Die Lage ist Top und man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es einen kosten losen Parkservice. Netterweise haben wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen in ein schönes großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider war in unserem Zimmer Teppichboden der schon etwas mitgenommen aussah.

Bursa bellissima scoperta. Hotel top!
Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro della città. Ci hanno omaggiati di un upgrade della stanza che era molto bella e soprattutto molto spaziosa.
Parcheggiano loro l’auto. Sempre molto veloci ed efficienti nel servizio

Pros:

في الحقيقة كان كل شيء جيد جدا من بداية الإستقبال إلى غاية المغادرة، خدمات، نظافة، موقع ممتاز، فطور جيد جدا، الشكر موصول إلى كل الائمين على هذا الفندق.

لا يوجد إلا بعض الملاحظات الصغيرة التي تتطلب زيادة في الإهتمام.

Buen hotel, pero no para una pareja LGTB
Pros:

Buena ubicación, justo a la entrada de la parte más céntrica y peatonal de la ciudad. Habitación cómoda, luminosa y limpia. Desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Hubo dos eventos desagradables. El primero fue que durante el check in el personal insistió en darnos una habitación con dos camas separadas cuando vieron que éramos dos hombres (somos una pareja gay) a pesar de que habíamos reservado una habitación con cama grande. El segundo es que pedimos lavar ropa y el servicio nos salió muy caro, pero los precios no estaban afichados en la habitación si en la recepción.
