Excellent breakfast

Great stay. Lovely hotel.

bathroom floor slippery. My wife felt and cut open her elbow. Staff useless . Director never contacted us.
Atmosphere poor, dead in the hotel.

Room was great, very spacious and comfortable
But Hôtel was being renovated and facilities were severely restricted
I think it is the responsibility of all parties including on sellers to declare this at time of booking
Due to scaffolding the internet continually dropped out in the room we were in which was very annoying
Beautiful building and at some stage will be a great hotel just not at the moment

Cristian and Roxana in the front desk went above and beyond in their service

Beautiful property with good service

The staff at the hotel were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms late at night as the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 28’ in the room. We were relocated to another room which was much better.
Parking isn’t on site but a NCP car park is about 100 yards away and is locked overnight.
Would stay again if we were in Nantes.

Great stay. Staff were very accommodating. Toilet separate to shower which isn’t the end of the world, but no sink in there! Breakfast was lovely. Easy to walk into town.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Hotel situated in area that is walkable and safe.

Excellent location and friendly staff bed hard but staff did everything to resolve. Air con kept going very cold couldn’t control it. No hotel guide in room so no idea if room service was available etc or breakfast times

Small things but overall a good hotel I’d return.

A very good place to stay when visiting Nantes. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Rooms spotless with modern facilities, larger than average French hotel rooms. Breakfast gave a good range of options. I particularly liked the selection of teas, with Japanese style teapots and the kids loved the pastries.

Would not stay here again. The first room they gave me was not even cleaned. Dirty toilet paper on the toilet, dirty, coffee cups, half eaten fruit on the table. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and told me that I would get the VIP treatment… That meant nothing to them I guess. New room was somewhat clean, but hairs on top of the pillow on the bed, and when I moved the pillow away, they were hairs under the pillow. That’s just gross. The carpets are old and ratty both inside the rooms as well as the hallways. my first dirty room had a window that opened, but my second room had a window that couldn’t be opened. The hotel restaurant had to Monterey options for dinner. I would read it a six out of 10. Overall the hotel looks like it was made into a hotel haphazardly. Things don’t make sense, including the lobby. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
