Pros:

A modern apartment with all necessities. Our room a great view of the main run .Lockers conveniently located for ski/board storage. A shuttle service to king gondola readily available to and from. All restaurants stores and rentals within a short walk. Excellent cafe located within the complex…. But what has made the stay memorable for me is the staff went above and beyond . Organizing taxi services,general inquiries and to even tracking down a lost beanie in another city 2 and half hours away!!!!
There is no need to consider another place to stay in Niseko other than Chatrium. Special thankyou to Alina at the front desk and all the staff!

amazing stay in beautiful large 3 bedroom with friendly and helpful staff

Pros:

Shuttle to take you to the gondola, ski lockers, renal drop off! They left milk, OJ, bread, bananas and ore in the room for your fist night. Top rate place!
