We loved our stay and will be back.
Pros:

The hospitality and customer service was above and beyond anything we've experienced. The staff were so nice and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful & the location was very convenient. We caught the complimentary hotel shuttle to the ski resort to snowboard, ate at some great restaurants that were in walking distance, and even walked to a near by private onsen & massage spa. We loved the complimentary basket of local groceries that the hotel provided and also ate breakfast at the Green Farm Deli Cafe in the hotel. The other restaurants in the hotel were closed since it was the end of the season but we plan on visiting again so we can try it. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel & we will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only downside to visiting at the end of the season is that so many of the surrounding restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurants but that meant no crowds so our stay was very quiet & peaceful.

Nice and memorable. Brilliant stay with our family.
Pros:

The room is very comfortable with reasonable price. The kitchen is well equipped. Also the laundry is provided every floor very convenient.
A lot of restaurants nearby and secomart in short distance walk.

Cons:

Nothing. But if have a free shuttle to kutchan station it would be really perfect for our journey.

Excellent location for town. Would stay again.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It's right in the town, close to restaurants and shops. It's a quick drive to the lift station. The apartment worked well for 4 people and was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Wish they had an onsen or spa.

Would sta there again.
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and attentive service, shuttle to gondolas, served by ski rental shop (Rhythm), has a number of good restaurants and cafes and much more within 100 m radius.

Cons:

Cleaning crew is a little slow. They didn’t get to our rooms on a couple of days.

Great location for easy skiing & nightlife
Pros:

Fantastic location for bars & restaurants & Great Ski locker/Boot room & walk right out to shuttle service which they would do extra shuttles on top of schedule times & shared laundry facilities were perfect

Cons:

A little too warm but easy to turn off all rooms heating

Pros:

A modern apartment with all necessities. Our room a great view of the main run .Lockers conveniently located for ski/board storage. A shuttle service to king gondola readily available to and from. All restaurants stores and rentals within a short walk. Excellent cafe located within the complex…. But what has made the stay memorable for me is the staff went above and beyond . Organizing taxi services,general inquiries and to even tracking down a lost beanie in another city 2 and half hours away!!!!
There is no need to consider another place to stay in Niseko other than Chatrium. Special thankyou to Alina at the front desk and all the staff!

amazing stay in beautiful large 3 bedroom with friendly and helpful staff
