Very good. Enjoyed. (Did not enjoy the cold rooms)
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the room was cold no heat got transferred to another room not much heat there either. I would not stay there again in winter it certainly needs to update the heating system.Other than that all was good.

The hotel was very easy to find and was spotless

Cons:

Our room was freezing and I mean artic cold! Made numerous phone calls to ask for heat and was ignored until the system kicked in at 6pm! Was very disappointed as spoke to several members of staff and was assured they would turn on heat! As hotel was so busy no seats in reception or bar! We had no choice but to go to our room but it ruined what would have otherwise been a lovely stay!!

Great value for money, clean and Christmasy :)
Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Staff were nice and helpful. Busy with Christmas activities. Dinner in the bar that evening was so good. Room was large and clean. Close to town.

Room was a little cold.

Great Spot
Pros:

Breakfast was grand. Room was close to Reception. No noise. Located close to things like the motorway. Check in was friendly, fast and efficient.

Cons:

Netflix did not seem to work. Disappointed that the price has risen in recent times. I would like to stay here more often but the price is off putting. Still more affordable than Galway city. Would prefer if I could get my own coffee instead of being served. Handier if you want another cup.

Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Breakfast and dinner and service was brilliant. Free parking is great

Cons:

Air conditioning in the rooms would be a bonus. Needs a plug near to the bed for charging a phone.
