Cons:

hotel 5 stelle lusso dal costo di 600€ a notte, al check in il personale ti intima di prendere solo un caffè al giorno, gli li paghi. Le cameriere continuano a bussare alla porta per chiederti se hai bisogno di qualcosa e senza aspettare la risposta entrano, un volta ero in bagno nudo, imbarazzante. Colazione alla carta costosissima, cucina a vista con cuochi che toccavano tutto a mani nude senza guanti, servizio pessimo , bisogna sempre richiamare il cameriere perchè si dimenticano di portarti quello che hai chiesto, inoltre ti ricordano volentieri che se non hai molto credito devi pagare prima di uscire dalla sala colazione. Le foto della SPA è ingrandita e nell'elenco servizi non ti dicono che è tutto a pagamento, almeno che tu non faccia un massaggio rilassante per 160€ , allora puoi fare il bagno nella vasca gratuitamente, almeno la palestra è aperta 24 ore su 24 ..

Desde que llegamos fuimos felices. El hotel esta ubicado en un centro comercial así que hay acceso a todo. El hotel es hermoso, huele delicioso, el personal es muy amable, la comida es deliciosa. Todo 10 de 10.

Cons:

Que no tuve cupo para cena de san silvestre y no le dieron prelación a los huespedes.

El hotel es bonito, bien ubicado, moderno y espacioso. La decoración está muy trabajada. Los empleados son muy amables y profesionales.
El precio del servicio de habitaciones es aceptable, y el servicio es rápido.

Cons:

No soy partidario de las habitaciones que no tiene separación entre el baño y el dormitorio, y si es una suite como era mi caso, entre el salón y el dormitorio. Me gustan las puertas de separación, porque puedes cerrarlas o dejarlas abiertas, pero si no existen no puedes elegir: todo abierto.
No me gustó el altísimo precio del vino. Es absolutamente disuasorio.
