Pros:

The property is located near by airport. The staff are humble and reliable and respectful. Treat us like queen. Im so happy with the property. We were travelling from UK to Timor leste. We spend 4 days on our transit there and i book again on my return from Timor Leste after two weeks. Grand ixora is gave us very best experience. We will definitely stick with this hotel for the next visit. Thank you guys for your hospitality. We will always remember that.

Great location!
Pros:

We booked here for the location, convenient and price. Perfect location as it's only 5mins away from the airport and across the road from Lipo Mall with several massages, mini marts within a block or 2 away. Breakfast was a good selection and tasty. The hotel is clean. Our room is also clean. The security men at the front was the friendliest. However, they located us at the front of the lift on the 5th floor with a noisy aircon and the worst hard bed we've ever slept. This was our once in a while quick break from the kids so it was quite disappointing. We're not the type to make a fuss besides we hardly in the room and only there to sleep on the unfortunate hard as a rock bed. We come to Bali approx once a year and like to try out different hotels.

Cons:

They put us in the room at the front of the lift with noisy aircon and hard as a rock mattress.

男友達4人で2泊しました!!2シングルベッド2ルームで広くはないですが快適でした^⁠_⁠^プール含め全て清潔でとても良かったです。1泊朝食付き3,000円位で超お得です。朝食は最高に美味しかったです(笑)立地も良く歩いてどこでも行けました!!

Cons:

バスタオルは有りましたがフェイスタオルは有りません（泣）2ルームはコネクティングだったら最高でした…笑笑

Pros:

I recently stayed at the Grand Ixora for four nights and had a generally positive experience.

The location is definitely the highlight—just steps from Lippo Mall, and walking distance to Discovery Mall and Kuta beach.

Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and professional. My room was clean and modern, though on the smaller side (which is fairly typical for for twin size single beds). The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains

Overall, I’d rate my stay 3.5 to 4 out of 5. It’s a solid, reliable option if location is your priority, but not necessarily the best choice if you’re looking for luxury or extra space.

Cons:

More space in the rooms. Was not able to walk around the room without banging my legs onto the bed all the time.
