Restaurant staff , my son still sleeping and i asked for 2 croissant because not possible for him joined the breakfast.
The staaf did difficult .
But i do understand they just follow the rule.

Emplacement de l hotel super, proche de la plage, des mall et les grab localisent facilement l hotel.
Personnel agréable et souriant
Chambres propres et confortables

Cons:

La clim des chambres bruyantes, l'une des chambres la clim fuyait et fuite egalement dans la salle de bain
Insonorisation très médiocre, les cris, pas des clients on les entendaient comme s ils étaient avec nous. Aucune intervention de l hotel pour les clients bruyants
Piscine à l ombre, chambres assez petites et vetustes.
Les portes qui claquent à la fermeture.

Pros:

La chambre était bien, la vue de la chambre, la piscine, la salle de bain était bien

Cons:

Le bruit et l’insonorisation, les autres voyageurs faisaient bcp de bruit mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel
Il manquait un sèche cheveux dans la chambre
Et la clim faisait beaucoup de bruit

Good night life and shopping nearby. Good location if you have an early flight. The rooms are spacious and clean.

A very good standard hotel in a good area
Pros:

The location is close to the airport, and reasonably so to the action along Jalan Kartika Plaza. a spotlessly clean place, comfortable room, aircon efficient, tea and coffee making facilities, wife fast and reliable, and a good standard included breakfast.

Cons:

It ticks all the boxes, but for me a Kuta tragic since 1979, I prefer accommodation close to Bemo Corner. That's not a negative, just a personal preference.

The rooms were very clean and me and my wife arrived very early at the hotel and the staff let us into our room so I thought that was very nice and helpful of them

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t very cold but we weren’t there for long so it was ok
