Hay en otros pisos habitaciones para fumadores, y creo que la lavandería mezcla con las cosas de pisos no fumadores. Puede que las sábanas limpias tengan un ligero olor a cigarrillo. No es muy notorio

Comfortable but a bit of a trek to get there.
Pros:

Room and bed a good size and comfortable with tea/coffee, fridge, TV, etc. Check-in and out fairly easy.

Cons:

Located too far from station and in middle of night life (red light) district.

Pros:

Staff sorridente, gentile e professionale. La camera molto più grande della media Giapponese. Ottima posizione , vicino stazione e metro, nonostante l'hotel è all'interno della movida il quartiere che non dorme mai la stanza è molto insonorizzata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Il mobilio è un po' datato.

Clean and nice personal, but noisy
Pros:

It was nice and clean, and the personal was kind. The reception was open 24/7, which also was nice.

Close walking trip to Shinjuku Station, which is very central in Tokyo.

Cons:

The location was in a "party" street, and the windows was not sealed at all, so there was quite a lot of noise from the steets. There was a song playing almost the entire day and night for the 4 days we were there, which necessitated earplugs while sleeping. Maybe that was why it was cheeper than most other hotels in central Tokyo.

Pros:

Amazing location, only a short 10-minute walk from Shinjuku. The room was very spacious compared to typical Tokyo hotels, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly had a lovely time here and would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the bed—the mattress was quite firm and not the most comfortable for my preference.
