Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado no bairro de Shinjuku, porém longe das estações de metro.
Apto com tamanho excelente, comparado com outros anuncios vistos no booking.
Se for ficar nessa região, vale super a pena.

Cons:

Pedir limpeza e arrumação todo dia do apto não faz muito sentido.
Limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor dos aptos.
Tivemos que pedir travesseiros extras porque os nossos originais eram muito ruins.

Don't stay here. At all.
Pros:

Its location is about five minutes from the main area where you will spend a lot of time.
Staff were great. And the room was fairly large by Japanese hotel standards.

Cons:

Once you get past the exterior and the reception area things go down hill. Fast.
The room is a mess. Tired decir with lampshades visibly bent out if shape, a bathroom that's seen better days, possibly twenty years ago. The place needs a revamp top to bottom.
The bed was so soft it felt like a waterbed while the pillows were as firm as concrete. Going back to the bathroom, the bath tub itself had a soft, 'spongy' feel to it when you stood in it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone until it gets a much needed refurb.

Si te gusta el bullicio, estás en el buen lugar. Muy bien ubicado para la zona de Shinjuku, cerca del Parque de Shinjuku.

Good hotel pity about the bed.
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff and clean room.

Cons:

The mattress should have been updated years ago. Absolutely terrible!!!. My rating would have been higher if not for this.

Comfortable but not pleasant because of its location in Kobukicho and its many drinking places
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

The bed was old and the washlet too. There were no coffee shops near the hotel only bars and the walking distance to Shinjuku station was a bit too far.
