Location is convenient 3-5 min walk to kabukichu area.room is ok,no breakfast or eating place in the hotel offered,but mini mart is nxt door,if u looking for just sleep and go then this hotel is descent,typical Japanese bathroom in small size,bed in good size.dont expect too much on what you pay,cheap enough😋

Cons:

TV not working,remote in Japan writing lol,elevator always stop on 3rd flr when using it.

Pros:

スタッフの方が臨機応変に笑顔で快く対応してくださって本当に助かり有り難かったです。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が臭くて、お風呂の温度調節のレバーが固くて、室内灯が暗いので、少しどんよりとした気持ちになります。

Hotel in posizione eccellente in un quartiere di Tokyo molto frequentato e ricco di locali dove poter mangiare le specialità locali. Vicino alla stazione dei metro. Stanza comoda e staff cordiale.

It was quiet despite being a very busy little area.
Pros:

Easy access to Shinjuku Station.
Having a foodmart right next door also.

Cons:

Found items (earpod, tissues) under bed so presumed very basic cleaning efforts. Bedside lamp ready to break. Bed was uncomfortable, could feel springs, maybe another under blanket might have helped that.
I was disappointed we couldn’t book a taxi through reception to get to airport on last day(we did manage to do this ourselves) but felt there was little support from reception.
