The hidden jewel of Central Europe

Not only has grid hotel centrally located to the front street of old town, but the elegance and five star quality extended from this hotel is outstanding. Walking through the front doors every sensibility is greeted with graciousness and hospitality. The general manager, Segita is Hallmark to the experience.

Cons:

Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, ze basen dla gości hotelowych był bezpłatny od 8.00 do godz 12.00 a od 12 do zamknięcia płatny 20Eu . Mieszkałam w wielu hotelach na całym świecie, wszędzie basen hotelowy był bezpłatny cały dzień, to jest duży minus . Nie chodzi o te 20 Eu ale jeżeli mieszka się w takim hotelu wszystkie udogodnienia o których pisze hotel powinny być do dyspozycji gości .

Good Stay, but Don't Expect 5-Star Luxury
Pros:

On its surface, it is a beautiful, old-world, grand hotel... and the location is unbeatable! However, as some other reviewers have noted, it is just a veneer. The rooms are old, the furniture is even older, and while the breakfast room is staffed mostly by young folks, the service is not super polished for a presumed 5-star hotel.... The food selection is also far from what you'd find at a luxury hotel. Overall, it was a totally fine, good stay, but far from a 5-star experience.
