The hotel was overbooked and relocated us to another property. We were only informed at check-in, with no prior notice, which significantly disrupted our plans. The alternative hotel was not equivalent, as its SPA facilities were closed due to renovation. This is a very poor experience for a hotel that positions itself among the best in Vilnius.

Puikus viešbutis, atitiko visus lūkesčius. Gražu, ramu. Nuosatbus vaizdas pro langą. Puikūs pusryčiai ir spa zona. Buvome su vaiku. Šventėme vyro gimtadienį, gavome malonią staigmeną nuo viešbučio.
