Terrible service and customer experience. Be aware that the restaurant staff seem completely unaware that the hotel sells a “breakfast and dinner included” package. Every single time, the waiters pretended not to understand anything, repeatedly asking me to leave the table and go to the reception desk to clarify the information.

Out of 5 paid dinners, I was only able to have dinner once — and even then, only after the humiliating situation described above. On the fourth day, the waiter once again claimed he knew nothing about the included dinner service and made me get up from the table to go to reception with him. Since the administrator was busy, we had to wait, and at that moment the waiter simply walked away and left me alone at reception because he noticed other guests entering the restaurant and happily ran off to serve them instead.

Naturally, nobody refunded the money, and there were no apologies or explanations whatsoever. I had to leave one day early and move to another hotel because staying at this hotel had become extremely uncomfortable. (By the way, the bathroom drain in the room was also not working.) The money for the unused day was not refunded either.

I also did not appreciate the fact that nobody informed me the street near the hotel would be closed off and that I would not be able to return to the hotel until late at night, despite the fact that I had fully paid for parking services.

This hotel left an extremely unpleasant impression. I have stayed at all the five-star hotels in Vilnius, and this one is by far the worst of them all.

Hotel zachwyca klimatem, pięknym wystrojem, pysznymi i urozmaiconymi śniadaniami oraz świetną lokali
Pros:

Genialny klimat hotelu i przepiękny wystrój tworzą wyjątkową atmosferę już od pierwszych chwil pobytu. Ogromnym atutem są rewelacyjne, bardzo urozmaicone śniadania – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dodatkowo lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta to strzał w dziesiątkę i ogromna wygoda podczas zwiedzania oraz korzystania z lokalnych atrakcji. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia!

Discrimination, persecution, I am forbidden to go to SPA, Sauna, Massage services, swimming pool because I left 350 Eur + tips and gifts for Hilton employees.

Beautiful hotel and great staffs
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location across from Cathedral Square! We were upgraded to a large suite which was really nice. Most importantly the staffs were really nice and friendly and service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time in Vilnius!!

Get a decent room!
Pros:

There are many positives - the location, staff, breakfast, pool and gym but I cannot get to 5*. Why?

Well I wrote in advance after reading lots of TA reviews asking for one of the refurbished rooms not near a lift. We were allocated room 219 right near the lift (this was however not noisy) and it was old. We really enjoyed our stay. But the aircon had to be set at 19c and roared away to little avail. As it was 6c when we arrived and 24c when we left yesterday the last two nights were too hot due to the old system. Also the electrics were both exciting and a challenge. We could not turn off the main lights having found them on after getting back from dinner. A young man struggled commenting how old the electrical systems were. I eventually cracked how to do it whilst no one could find a switch during our 5 night stay!

Was this allocation because we booked through booking.com I wonder? The hotel did not appear to be over busy judging by numbers at breakfast.

The other issue was the man on reception when we arrived who, when my wife paid the bill in advance, said to her, out of my earshot, “well I’m sure your husband will be paying it anyway”. Not exactly politically correct in England in 2026!! Also watch when they book taxis for you that they tell you the right fare. We were fleeced by 2 taxis they ordered charging for example €20 to go just to the station. It was just over €4 on the way back,

But if you get a nice room you will love the place.

Quality Vilnius stay
Pros:

A top class hotel in this beautiful city. Very friendly and efficient staff, so smartly dressed. The newly-decorated rooms are exquisite. Well situated for all Vilnius highlights. Very classy. Loved our stay here

Pros:

The hotel was overbooked and relocated us to another property. We were only informed at check-in, with no prior notice, which significantly disrupted our plans. The alternative hotel was not equivalent, as its SPA facilities were closed due to renovation. This is a very poor experience for a hotel that positions itself among the best in Vilnius.
