Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar eher klein, bot aber alles, was man braucht. Zusätzlich konnte man Gerichte à la carte bestellen, die geschmacklich hervorragend und auf sehr hohem Niveau zubereitet waren. Auch die beiden Restaurants im Hotel haben uns mit ihrer ausgezeichneten Küche überzeugt.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren von 80 € pro Tag sind völlig überzogen. Die Zimmer sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden die 4. und 5. Etage renoviert, sodass die Bauarbeiten zeitweise zu hören waren.

Richtigstellung zu Hotel Antwort auf unser Beurteilung

Nur die Assistenten/Praktikanten in der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die „Chef-Rezeptionisten und Rezeptionistinnen“ beamtenhaft und unfreundlich.

Im Lager, das in unser Zimmer integriert war, waren mehr Dinge gelagert als für das Service unseres Zimmers notwendig waren.

Wir haben einen request für eine shower deponiert aber KEINESWEGS FÜR EINE WALK-IN SHOWER

Servicen og tilgjengeligheten på personalet. Maten er helt overlegen.

Cons:

Når du sjekker inn trekkes et depositum på 300€ og ytterligere 150€ dersom første depositum overstiges. Depositum nr to ble trukket uten at vi ble varslet. Dette bør det informeres om fra hotellets side.

BIEN mais SPA PAYANT
Cons:

Nous avions sélectionné cet établissement pour son spa et sa situation géographique
le SPA n'est accessible que le matin gratuitement il est payant l'après midi
pour un 5 étoiles par ailleurs très bien je trouve ceci très limite

Excellent location, there were some issues as discribed
Pros:

Locations was perfect, staff very friendly

Cons:

There were some glitches -
I had by mistake booked 2 rooms and this was not picked up at the check in time
Standard room has no view - looks at the wall and windows of another building, would not recommend this room
This room also has not working air conditioning
Decaf coffee for the room I had to ask separately
Very dark lights in the bathroom, not good for makeup application
Coffee maker was not working in my room, the plug was behind the fridge that I have yo move personally to make coffee
