Beautiful property, close to Dean village
Pros:

Beautiful property. The breakfast room was exceptional with high ceilings and natural light. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was on the basement floor and pretty ordinary.

La struttura è bella.

Cons:

Pensavamo che fosse più vicino al centro, ma non lo è dista 30 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il parcheggio della macchina nei dintorni molto caro. Le foto sul sito sono migliori della realtà e per fare la colazione completa bisogna arrivare per tempo.

Great view in a nice hotel.
Pros:

Great room with a fantastic view. Neighbor hotel had a bar with really good food.

Cons:

Only downside was the tap in the bathroom only reaches into the sink an inch or so. This makes it nearly impossible to wash one’s hands. The shower also only has a half door, so the floor gets a little wet.

That’s the only knock on a wonderful property. Wish we had stayed longer.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Amazing city view from the window. Room was very clean. Staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Very good quiet location, close to West End tram stop. Fan in the room was convenient. Free WiFi was great. Other areas of the hotel were stunningly beautiful, including the library room!

Cons:

The lift in the hotel was very small. The shower was a little difficult to get the right temperature on; sometimes the spray was scalding hot.

Great stay at Edinburgh B+B
Pros:

Breakfast and location could not be better.
Close to the Waters of Leith Walkway which is so beautiful and peaceful.
Staff are very helpful and attentive!

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable. An option for a lighter blanket would be great.

Beautiful, well located property. Would recommend.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, the staff was really friendly and helpful, we loved the view of Dean's Village from our room.

Cons:

Small things only. There were no towel bars in the bathroom, only a tiny hook behind the door, so we were drying our towels on the backs of our chairs. Also, the number and locations of the outlets also made charging a bit awkward.
