Excellent location and staff
Pros:

Hotel is well located right next to train station and easy access to buses, restaurants and shopping. The staff were exceptional - eager to help with our needs and enquires - the language barrier was easily navigated with google translate.

Pros:

施設がきれいで朝食も美味しい。エアコンの効きも文句なし。8階がフロントでびっくり。居酒屋もコンビニも近くて便利。

Cons:

浜松駅に近いのは便利だが、駅側の部屋だと新幹線の通過時の騒音が多少気になるかもしれません。2、3秒位だけど頻繁に通ります。
