Best breakfast in Alto Adige (and cute spa- chalet)
Pros:

Breakfast was one of the absolute best we ever had anywere: there was a huge variety (and great quality) of literally any food!!
We liked the authentic spa- chalet.
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
Very conveniently located (5' to the slopes with the ski shuttle), good parking options.
The heated ski room was a treat

Cons:

Worst thing was our room, which was really outdated (faded carpet, broken tiles, basic furniture and bathroom).
Some parts of the hotel are modern, so I guess this will (hopefully) change too. Room was cold.
Overall pricey to stay in such room (all the rest was great though)

部屋が新しく広く、７連泊しても窮屈な感じがしない
Pros:

部屋が新しく、なんといっても洗面所に床暖房が入っているのがこの寒い冬ではありがたかった。
スタッフはフレンドリーで話しやすい。
朝食のメニューが豊富で、朝からリッチな気持ちになる。食堂が広いためか多くの人がいる日もあったが
気にならなかった。

Cons:

ドロミテエリアは広いので、自分たちが一番行きたいスキーエリアに遠かったのは残念。
セラロンダをしたい人にはタクシーかレンタカーが必要。我々も三日目からはレンタカーを利用した。
しかし、近くのKronplattzという十分楽しめる大きなスキー場に行くには、シャトルバスがあり、
その乗り場まではわずか３０秒ほど歩くだけ。そのバスに乗れば、５分ほどでそのスキー場のメインゴンドラ下まで行けるのは便利。

こぎれいな部屋で申し分なかった。
Pros:

朝食のメニューが豊富だった。頼めば温かいオムレツも作ってもらえた。
部屋が新しく角部屋で広々としており、洗面所には床暖房が入っていた。
使用はしなかったが、ハイジの小屋と呼ばれる小さな建物があり、そこはスパになっているようだった。

Cons:

自分たちのいきたいスキーコースには遠く、行き来にタクシーを呼ぶ必要があった。
しかし、フロントに頼むとすぐに対応してくれるので、さほどの問題はなかった。

Soggiorno eccellente per chi cerca il giusto equilibrio tra divertimento e benessere
Pros:

L’hotel è molto accogliente e ben curato. La camera è confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente lo chalet SPA, caratteristico e immerso nella tranquillità del bosco, sempre pulito e ben organizzato, con disponibilità di accappatoi. Molto comodo anche il deposito sci, situato in prossimità del parcheggio esterno dell’hotel. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. È inoltre disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungere comodamente gli impianti sciistici

Cons:

Per alcuni ospiti la posizione potrebbe risultare meno comoda: l’hotel si trova infatti in prossimità del bosco e non in posizione centrale a San Vigilio. Tuttavia, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto (circa 3–4 minuti)

La struttura è in fase di rinnovo, alcune zone sono ristrutturate, il poco personale presente e molto gentile, il servizio autobus del comune è ottimo per andare agli impianti e passa vicino l'hotel

Cons:

La struttura è attualmente in fase di rinnovo; ciò nonostante, la camera a noi assegnata risultava evidentemente obsoleta e non conforme agli standard di un hotel 4 stelle. La stanza (n. 201), prenotata già a gennaio 2025 — quindi con ampio margine per assegnare una sistemazione adeguata — presentava oltre trent’anni di usura: mattonelle staccate, specchio tondo mancante e infiltrazioni d’acqua dal lucernario del bagno.

Ciò che ci ha lasciati maggiormente perplessi è stata l’assenza di una figura di riferimento come un direttore d’hotel o il proprietario, che solitamente alloggia nella struttura. Un 4 stelle non può essere lasciato interamente alla gestione di dipendenti tuttofare che, seppur volenterosi e disponibili, non possiedono competenze manageriali.

Anche la SPA risulta gestita in modo inadeguato: l’assenza di prenotazioni a fasce orarie, come avviene in strutture analoghe, rende di fatto impossibile usufruire del servizio. Senza personale dedicato, si crea caos: bambini che giocano nell’idromassaggio, asciugamani inesistenti o lasciati a terra. Di conseguenza, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la SPA.

Il parcheggio è insufficiente. Abbiamo dovuto pagare il garage coperto, anche perché l’hotel non dispone di un servizio ristorante. Con temperature di -12°C è necessario uscire in auto per cenare e, al rientro, non è possibile trovare parcheggio in zona.

Nota negativa anche per la colazione: sebbene abbondante e di ottima qualità, un hotel 4 stelle non può affidare caffè e cappuccino esclusivamente a una macchina automatica, che inevitabilmente si blocca per surriscaldamento a causa dell’elevato utilizzo. Un servizio di questo livello dovrebbe prevedere bevande servite al tavolo, utilizzando le macchine automatiche solo come supporto. In alternativa, sarebbero necessarie almeno tre macchine per far fronte all’elevato numero di ospiti presenti a colazione.
