Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-/Leidtungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, großzügiger Frühstücksraum, ausreichend Parkplätze, schönes Blockhaus mit Sauna, sehr sauber. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurden leere Platten vom Buffet weder aufgefüllt, noch weggeräumt, obwohl Personal mehrfach daran vorbeilief. Uhrzeit: 09:00 Uhr, obwohl es eigentlich bis 10:30Uhr Frühstück geben sollte.

Cons:

Cet établissement m’a facturé deux fois. (Réservation dupliquée par erreur informatiquement) Malgré des échanges pour expliquer la situation avec la direction, celle-ci n’a pas voulu me rembourser le trop perçu prétextant que la chambre aurait pu être louée. Or l’hôtel n’était pas complet. Je constate une mauvaise foi de la part de la direction et un positionnement malhonnête.

When we arrive we didn’t know what to expect, but was totally surprised with the good service and comfort of this hotel,

Best breakfast in Alto Adige (and cute spa- chalet)
Pros:

Breakfast was one of the absolute best we ever had anywere: there was a huge variety (and great quality) of literally any food!!
We liked the authentic spa- chalet.
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
Very conveniently located (5' to the slopes with the ski shuttle), good parking options.
The heated ski room was a treat

Cons:

Worst thing was our room, which was really outdated (faded carpet, broken tiles, basic furniture and bathroom).
Some parts of the hotel are modern, so I guess this will (hopefully) change too. Room was cold.
Overall pricey to stay in such room (all the rest was great though)
