Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, netheid en ruime kamers.

Cons:

Kamers worden maar om de 4 dagen gepoetst--geen nieuwe handdoeken en lakens. Klein bed en slechte kwaliteit(dringend aan vernieuwing toe). De villa kan een grondige renovatie gebruiken. Hottub slechts éénmaal warm geworden in 1 week.

Pros:

El servicio de comedor (desayuno,cena ) magnífico,la amabilidad y atención del personal del complejo , limpieza

A a tener en cuenta:
-L:a recepción de la señal TV no era buena quizás por problemas con los servidores
-La cabina de la ducha,faltaba cestillo para productos de higiene personal así como, barras de seguridad para evitar posibles accidentes

Super accueil, le personnel est très très sympathique et souriant.
La maison était très spacieuse et agréable, un bonheur.

Lovely hotel. Feels secure and clean. The staff in the restaurant - especially the manager and the chefs in the kitchen - are outstanding and were very helpful with my daughter's allergy to many foods.

Sehr schlechter Service seitens der Rezeption / des Managements, mittelmäßiges Essen und sehr gute Zimmer.

Wir hatten mehrfach Kakerlaken im Zimmer.

Im Restaurant wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Cappuccino 2,50 € kostet, tatsächlich waren es beim Check-out 4 €. Entschuldigungen oder ein Entgegenkommen gab es dafür nicht. Insgesamt haben wir alle noch nie in Hotel erlebt in dem die Rezeption / das Management schlechter mit Kritik umgeht. Man hat uns mehrfach das Gefühl gegeben, dass der Fehler bei uns liegt oder das wir uns Dinge ausdenken.

Das Essen ist nicht gut. Es gibt trotz Themenabenden wenig Abwechslung und sehr viel Fleisch und Fisch.
Für Vegetarier gibt es praktisch nur Beilagen, Salat und hin und wieder mal ein warmes Hauptgericht.
Speisen sind nicht als vegetarisch gekennzeichnet. Mehrfach waren Gerichte wie Teigtaschen plötzlich nicht mehr vegetarisch und statt Käse-Lauch war es Käse-Lauch-Bacon Teigtaschen. Abends gab es sehr viel Dosenobst.

Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder und können das Hotel aus Basis unserer Erfahrung nicht empfehlen. Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels, in denen man sich mehr um eine gute Erfahrung der Gäste bemüht.

Pros:

Perfect location for a break. Very well loooked after property and away from the noise yet the town is easly accessible. Useful to have a car for maximum flexibility.
