Perfection
Pros:

Spotlessly clean resort and staff couldn’t have been any more welcoming or helpful.

Un super séjour
Pros:

Le gros point fort, c’est sans hésitation la piscine et le jacuzzi privé.
Le petit déjeuner est également incroyable avec beaucoup de choix.
Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec le sourire.

Cons:

En revanche quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Le ménage dans la chambre n’était pas fait régulièrement, ce qui est dommage pour un séjour plus confortable.
Il manquait aussi des coussins dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu le confort un peu limité

Pros:

It did not meet our expectations for the price that we paid. The beds were old and uncomfortable and the staff were a bit rude. The heated pool was cold along with the hot tub. The food was just ok.

Cons:

Warmer pool and hot tub. New and more comfortable beds. The entire place need to be remodeled and updated

Pros:

Villa was lovely. Well set out and good interlinked room for our 5 year old. Half board food from the buffet was enjoyable. Friendly reception and gate staff.

Cons:

Had some building work going on in the villa behind which wasn’t too noisy but would have been nice to know about.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, netheid en ruime kamers.

Cons:

Kamers worden maar om de 4 dagen gepoetst--geen nieuwe handdoeken en lakens. Klein bed en slechte kwaliteit(dringend aan vernieuwing toe). De villa kan een grondige renovatie gebruiken. Hottub slechts éénmaal warm geworden in 1 week.

Pros:

El servicio de comedor (desayuno,cena ) magnífico,la amabilidad y atención del personal del complejo , limpieza

A a tener en cuenta:
-L:a recepción de la señal TV no era buena quizás por problemas con los servidores
-La cabina de la ducha,faltaba cestillo para productos de higiene personal así como, barras de seguridad para evitar posibles accidentes
