I was very impressed with the service from the staff here during my stay, especially Samit and Dodo, the staff at the pool. They were friendly, polite, and provided service with a smile. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, Skytrain-Station gleich gegenüber. Ausstattung sehr stylisch. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges und großzügiges Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit toller Aussicht. Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Das House on Sathorn direkt neben dem Hotel gelegen ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders hervorheben möchten wir Faustine Lin von der Gästebetreuung, die mit ihren tollen Tipps unsere Tage in Bangkok sehr bereichert hat. Danke Faustine!
Bad ist nur durch Vorhang vom Zimmer abteilbar, Toilette mit durchsichtiger Glastür, Privatsphäre daher gleich null. Atmosphäre beim Frühstück durch den hohen Raum etwas hallenmäßig und dadurch ziemlich laut.

My stay at W Bangkok in November 2025 was outstanding. The hotel features sleek, modern installations, excellent facilities, and a very high level of cleanliness throughout. The restaurant offers strong dining options, and the breakfast is truly outstanding, with great variety, quality, and presentation.
The location is excellent, conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to move around the city. The hotel also offers a top-notch airport pickup service at a reasonable price, which adds comfort and convenience.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the superb attention to detail and the exceptional care from the staff. Small touches, such as changing the elevator rug according to the time of day, reflect a refined approach to hospitality. The complimentary welcome surprises were thoughtful and very well executed.
Special kudos to Bam and Film at the reception for their professionalism and warmth, and to Aoy and the entire restaurant team for their attentive and friendly service. A highly polished and memorable stay.

Referring to our hotel booking for 8-12Dec 2025. I am writing in to compliment certain staffs of their exceptional services, as well as to provide some feedbacks. Though this email came in late but I want to ensure you receive it. Better now than never. I had also emailed you a more detailed version of it.
The hospitality shown by the hotel staffs were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would like specially highlight certain staffs here:
Nuan, the reservation manager, who is always patient and prompt with attending to my emails. A professional, friendly, and attentive staff.
Sun, the reservation/front desk representative, always bring warmth with his bright smiles. He had assisted us with an arrangement not setup as agreed via the email prior our arrival. Sun had also assisted us with getting the technician to check on the electrical issues in our room when the lights were flickering, power sockets not working and even moments of blackout. In fact, he had also ensured there is another room availability for us, just in case if the blackout happens again, or the electrical issues aren't completely resolved. He made an effort to check with us if we are alright with the room and whether the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were impressive and truly stood out! We aren't sure if this is his real name he used in the hotel, as Anya was teasing him when he changed his name to Sun. Probably he simplified his Thai name to make it easier for us to address him.
Anya, the front desk manager, a brief encounter with her when I was interacting with Sun and also with Pinny. She had tried to assist me, and directed me to Pinny when I was asking for food recommendations and advices. Warm and welcoming in attending to us.
Pinny, the concierge staff, she had given very informative suggestions on the food that we wanted to try but had no time to explore all. The level of care and professionalism from Pinny made an impression.
Puen, manager at the Kitchen Table, she always greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness every morning, it made a huge difference to our stay! When I was feeling unwell and didn't go down for breakfast one morning, Puen actually asked my husband who went down alone whether if we (me and my girl) need anything. Puen exceeded expectations by being so proactive and caring! Special thanks to Peun and her team for their extra effort - it did not go unnoticed. Puen went the extra miles, beyond her scope - her willingness to go the extra mile reflects true hospitality! It doesn't just end there. After I returned back home, I seek her help to get the staff of The House of Sathorn to contact me as I need to retrieve the bill which was not given to us. Puen actually retrieved the bill and sent it to me. What truly set Puen apart was that the exceptional service did not end at check-out. Even after leaving the hotel, Puen remained helpful, responsive, and attentive, showing sincere care for guests beyond their stay. It made me feel truly valued and appreciated.
Also compliment to the housekeeping team, the often neglected team, for their impeccable room service. Not sure if it's due to language barrier, the wrong pillow firmness were sent over but the staff was very patient and polite to return with firm pillows. Bathroom amenities were not set up for 3 of us. Only set up for 2 persons. When I called up, housekeeping staff was sent to our room. The housekeeping staff couldn't understand what I need but was kind to push the whole trolley of amenities over to let us see what we need. I understand that it's not easy to be a service staff, having to deal with customers over long hours of work. That's why I do appreciate even the backend support staffs like the housekeeping staffs who are doing their job diligently, and always with smiles on their faces. Kindly relay our thanks to all those housekeeping staffs who had attended to us, and cleaned our room, during our stay.
Also compliment to the often neglected backend support staff - the technician, who helped to check and fix the electrical issues in our room. Thank you to him. Didn't know who he is as we were out for the day when he fixed the issues.
Not to forget......also compliment to all the different staffs on duty at the main entrance. The doorman’s warm greeting and friendly attitude made every arrival and departure a pleasant experience. Their alertness and efficiency made guests feel well taken care of at all times.
Feedbacks:
- A bit disappointed there isn't any room upgrade for our wedding anniversary.
- Disappointed that there isn't any complimentary surprises other than the ballrooms decoration for our wedding anniversary in comparison with other W hotels.
- The bathroom amenities were not set up for the number of guests in the room. This can be improved.
- Can all the bathroom doors (main door and shower/toilet door) be fully or at least half frosted for privacy? It isn't convenient for a family/group staying together in one room.
- The food at The House of Sathron was sumptuous especially the tomyum soup but the mango sticky rice were disappointing. We ordered 2 portions of it. Both portions of mango were unripe and sour. Even though we feedback to the staffs on duty, we were only offered a slice of tiramisu in replacement. This is unexpected food quality and service.
Thank you to the entire team for such wonderful hospitality. The dedication of the staffs made our stay truly enjoyable.
