I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service my friends and I received during our stay from April 13th to 15th, 2026.
We were there for the Songkran Splash Away event on April 13th, and while the event itself was fantastic, the level of care from your staff was even more impressive. I would like to specifically commend Nin and Gun from the Bell team, as well as Pure from the GRO team.
During the event, my friend lost a pair of sunglasses. Despite the crowd and the high energy of the party, Nin, Gun, and Pure were incredibly helpful and diligent in assisting us. They managed to track them down and return them to us, which truly saved the day.
Their professionalism, proactive attitude, and genuine hospitality made a significant impact on our stay. They truly live up to the "Whatever/Whenever" philosophy of W Hotels. Please ensure that this praise is shared with them and their respective department heads.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The pre-arrival preparation by Pure, Katie, and Sun was meticulous and thoughtful, creating an immediate sense of comfort on arrival.

What stood out most was the consistency—every interaction carried the same warmth, professionalism, and authenticity, which is rare even at this level.

Pin ensured a seamless arrival, Tee and Nut delivered a welcoming first impression, the front desk team remained engaging and efficient, The Kitchen Table staff were consistently attentive, and W Lounge elevated the overall experience.

My family and I had spent six wonderful nights at W Hotel Bangkok. Starting from friendly staff, a convenient location (next to Chong Nonsi BTS Skytrain), spacious room with beds were incredibly comfortable, and breakfast each morning was fresh and varied, with plenty of options for different diets

A special shout‑out to Pure and Katie, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From thoughtful gestures on helping us to capture family photos, the breakfast team’s on great attraction recommendations, the ground crew offering takeaway water to survive on hot days, and the pool staff surprising us with complementory refreshing drinks. These made our trip feel extra special.

Die Cocktailbar ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert!

Bei anderen Hotels in diesem Standard gibt es immer mal wieder Früchte im Poolbereich
