Such a warm and welcoming staff . A shout out to the receptionist PURE :) , he was very kind , understood our requirement very well and quick
I stayed three nights at the W Bangkok and overall had a very good stay. The room was comfortable and well designed, with a reasonable size, although not particularly large.
One aspect to be aware of, which is quite typical for W hotels and more a matter of personal preference, is that the bathroom is almost completely open. There is no real door between the bedroom and the bathroom area, only a curtain, so privacy is quite limited. Even the toilet is separated only by a glass door.
Breakfast was excellent, with a very large buffet offering a wide selection of both local Thai dishes and international options.
The gym is surprisingly small considering the size of the hotel and can get quite crowded at peak times, although the machines are very new and well maintained. There is also a nice pool area. It feels more like a stylish place to relax rather than a pool meant for proper lap swimming, but it’s still a pleasant space.
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful during the stay.
The location is very convenient. The hotel is directly connected to one BTS station and another one is within walking distance, which is extremely useful since traffic in this part of Bangkok can get quite intense.
A nice additional plus is that the Nobu restaurant is located right next door, so you can easily walk there for dinner.
Overall, a stylish and well-located hotel that works very well as a base for exploring Bangkok.
The facilities, the staff, the room were all top notch. The position we found super easy to get around using the skytrain.
From arrival to leaving, the experience of the hotel and passion of the team members is what makes this hotel so unique and why we continue to return to this hotel.

The team around the pool are so friendly and welcomed us by our names on almost every visit - not an easy task with so many guests!!
Our room was kept very clean and re-stocked well!
And breakfast was excellent - even during the extremely busy period of CNY! All the staff were great and so pleasant, but I would like to make a special mention of one individual who truly made our experience extra special every visit. Carlos was so polite and attentive, greeted us with a warm smile without fail, and always checked in on us. My travel partner has a severe lactose intolerance, Carlos made us feel so at ease with his understanding of this and his additional checks with food and drink orders made us feel so content. Even when the breakfast room was so busy, we knew we were in safe hands with Carlos which really was so important to us. We learnt he was early on with his career in hospitality, and he certainly has a promising future, and we hope to see him again in future stays at the W Bangkok. He provided the 1st class experience and more.
And finally, I would like to say, when you see the GM of the hotel supporting his team during a peak period and clearing tables, that's when you truly know everyone at this hotel puts their guests at the heart of their actions. 'a great leader, leads by example' - credit to the GM and his daily visibility around the hotel
