Great Stay!
Pros:

Booked a reservation to attend the My Chemical Romance concert at Citifield! Easy check in with front desk staff. Fresh lemon water offered at reception area, alongside vending machines for snacks and drinks. Surrounding area is perfect, many food and drink options. Shops on every street. Close to the 7 train and LIRR. Rooms were clean, and breakfast is served 7am-10am, very yummy! 10/10 would recommend.

Cons:

Only concern was the shower head being loose, but it worked perfectly!

great place in a super convenient location.
Pros:

it’s super close to the 7 line and multiple bus stops. the room was very spacious compared to other new york hotel rooms. there were 2 of us in a single with a queen bed, and there was plenty of room to move around with 2 carry ons.

Cons:

i wish the doors also had a door latch in addition to the lock.

overall satisfactory, front desk staff was good and English understanding only.
Pros:

breakfast need to be improved especially for multi culture people, as there was only one option for Asian region. Eggs were also usually cold, no hot milk, only one kind of juice.
they can improve the quality and categories as per different countries.

Cons:

the house keeping staff was rude and could not speak English, was very hard to communicate and her behavior was very rude. Hotel Management should work in this segment and customer service standard should be improved

Very good hotel for the value especially if want to be close to all the restaurants in Flushing Chinatown.
Pros:

Great location for the Flushing Chinatown area, lobby and rooms are clean, and the staff is very good and helpful.

Cons:

Main complaint is the Wifi is poor, very inconsistent and it was better to not use it most of the time. Also some rooms have a fridge and microwave but others do not, noticed this in 2 different rooms on the same floor.

It was ok. Being from upstate NY, we didn’t really care for the crowded area. We would stay on the outskirts next time.
Pros:

It was clean. It was a basic room

Cons:

They didn’t have a designated spot to park your car to load and unload. It was a walk to the parking garage with luggage or extras.

Perfect stay, welcoming staff, and excellent environment
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and welcoming environment.

Cons:

I really appreciated everything about the property, including how easy it was to access all of the cultural attractions in Flushing
