Albergo con spazi molto grandi e ben distribuiti.

Cons:

La camera dell' albergo aveva un letto piccolo ed il materasso estremamente usurato e curvo al centro, impossibile riposare . Inoltre la tassa di soggiorno ha un costo superiore a quanto indicato su questo sito.

Di rado do un punteggio così basso a un hotel. Viaggio molto per lavoro e, passando spesso nelle stesse città, soggiorno quasi sempre in strutture che conosco già. purtroppo questo hotel non sara la prima scelta in futuro.in questa occasione, per la fiera a milano ho prenotato 12 camere invitando diversi miei clienti con cui collaboro.

È stato davvero spiacevole che, al momento del check-in, l’addetto alla reception abbia avuto nei nostri confronti un atteggiamento infastidito e poco rispettoso, con comportamenti che sono sembrati anche discriminatori. Un atteggiamento così altezzoso è del tutto fuori luogo e non coerente con il ruolo che ricopre.

Spero sinceramente che l’esperienza che ho avuto sia dovuta soltanto a un singolo dipendente ormai demotivato o vicino alla pensione, e non rappresenti lo standard del vostro hotel.
