Camera pulita ma personale in reception molto scortese e maleducato

Di notte la camera a luci spente è praticamente illuminata da tutte le spie dei vari interruttori moderni è cosa più fastidiosa una piccola luce led verde che illumina tutta camera inserita nella plafoniera della luce d’emergenza.
Il check out è alle 10,30 scritto su un foglietto attaccato al muro che non ho visto, alle ore 11 mi hanno chiesto quando liberavo la camera, per una telefonata di lavoro sono sceso alle 11,30 e mi hanno addebitato €10 che non sono una grande cifra, ma alla mia domanda” quando siete venuti ad avvisarmi, perché in camera non hanno telefono, potevate avvisarmi del sovrapprezzo che ho comunque pagato e la risposta è stata DOVREBBE COMPERARSI UN OROLOGIO.”
Ho risposto che dovrebbero fare un po di scuola di hotellerie per imparare la cortesia da usare coi clienti, anche se è solo questione di educazione.
Hanno perso un buon cliente.
