Pros:

Ich musste mir spontan ein Hotel suchen und mich dafür entschieden. Für das Geld absolut solide .. es war soweit sauber.. ABER es ist unerträglich heiß! Man konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen und der kleine Ventilator hat nichts gebracht.

It was over priced for the standard of the hotel

The location is excellent The complimentary water and fridge were much appreciated.

Cons:

It felt old and tired, very smelly and it was very hot in the rooms as no air conditioning. The one fan provided didn’t offer enough comfort. Rooms are very small but the shower rooms were clean and good sized.

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Kölner Innenstadt . Online check in ist super, hat alles prima funktioniert

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur ist wirklich nicht zu machen. Ventilator funktionierte kaum. Kühlschrank war defekt.Die freundliche Dame an der Hotline war lediglich damit beschäftigt zu sagen das sie auch heiß hat🤣, Hilfe Fehlanzeige- leider kein Servicegedanke

Die Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer war 15 Uhr nicht fertig. 2 neue Handtücher sollten die Reinigung darstellen (wir sollten die Bettwäsche der Vorgänger übernehmen, den Müll, ein ungeputztes Zimmer und Badezimmer). Unverschämt.
Treppenaufgang mit verdecktem Teppich.
Zimmer und Bad sind selber sehr sehr klein, dreckiger Boden und Tür, keine Ablagefläche auf einer Bettseite für Klamotten, keine Tassen für Kaffeemaschine.
Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!! Das Zimmer ist keine 20 Euro die Nacht wert.

Bei der Anreise niemand da hab dann pin und Zimmer Nr, geschickt bekommen beides ging nicht der Pin nicht und die Zimmer Nr. gab es nicht hatten uns dann ein anderes Hotel nehmen müssen
