HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Nothing can really make up for the horrible all around service we got. However, room was clean and nice, air conditioning worked alright, cornette in the morning were fine too. Nothing really else to say, there is a playroom downstairs which is nice for some.

Oh wow where do i start. When we arrived the passport reading machine didint work and we had this old lady working at the desk. She insisted on doing things manually and she wanted to write the whole passport down on a piece of paper instead. She must have been pushing 80 and brought out a magnifying glass on top of wearing her glasses. We thought this would just be a small hickup though (the writing things down) but no, she could barely read or write and let alone write down 4 Icelandic passports down.
I am not joking when i say this took over an HOUR and she would not listen to us when we adked asked in italian to write it down for her or get someone else to do it for her. A long line had formed at the desk. She also for sure wrote down our information incorrectly.
Breakfask was also just the most barebones you can find. Cornettes and cakes/muffins.
Then later i talked to them online and they treated me like a child, telling me in italian when i was requesting an invoice "non stiamo giocando" and "Fai più il serio" which means "We are being serious here stop playing games child". I was just kindly asking for an invoice with VAT, its absolutely insane how someone can speak like this as a grown adult.
Reasonable price and air conditioning
This is a small thing that is very noticeable on a very hot day. Even though the hotel and rooms have air conditioning, the elevator does not. So just be prepared.
The hotel looks a little old fashioned but it is clean with an elevator, air conditioning and a fridge in the room.
The garage facility is great.
It is located in the suburbs of Turin but there is the underground Line 1 at 800m walking distance from the hotel.
It takes you to the city center in 15 minutes.

Conoscendo l'albergo ci sono ritornata: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo; gestione alla mano, cortese e disponibile; aria condizionata👍forse un po' rumorosa, parcheggio auto disponibile, colazione abbondante, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e vicino alla metro. Raggiungibile rapidamente dall'autostrada. Che dire.di più? Ovvio che ci sono ritornata! E ci tornerò ancora!
Unica pecca, ad essere pignoli, l aria condizionata un po' rumorosa e non regolabile la temperatura. Ma si può tranquillamente soprassedere!

Colazione discreta (tanta scelta, ma quasi esclusivamente dolce). La posizione è comoda essendo a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana.
Nei corridoi e in ascensore la temperatura era molto alta (invece in camera era presente l'aria condizionata).
Personale molto gentile e stanza ben pulita
La temperatura all’interno del corridoio era elevata e dentro l’ascensore non si respirava per l’eccessivo caldo
