Good long term stay option but needs faster internet
Pros:

Overall happy with our long term stay at this hotel.
We stayed in a 1 BR on the 4th (top) floor and it was perfect for our needs as 2 people who work remotely. There was a work desk in the living area and another in the bedroom, with a doorway between and separate A/C controls. There was also a kitchen bar where we could work. The kitchen was perfect for our needs: 2-burner stove, high-wattage microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, storage shelves and a separate pantry. All the utensils and cooking supplies were in stock, and there was a dishwasher and coffeemaker.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a dresser in the bedroom and another in the living area, and a closet in each room as well, so plenty of storage space. The two issues we had with the room were low water pressure and slow, unreliable internet. Fast.com said the internet speed was 4 MBPS and my video conference calls would have issues.
In the common areas, they offer free coffee and have sundries in their marketplace. There is also free guest laundry.
The fitness room is adequate, with 3 cardio pieces (treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike), bench and dumbbells, a cable pulley weight system, and some jump ropes and pads for floor work. The room was clean and there were ample towels, wipes and water. Everything worked.
Our last week there, 1 of the 3 washing machines was out of service and there were waits to do laundry. Also, one of the 2 elevators wasn't working.
Housekeeping was really good. The hotel was quiet when we were there in April.

This hotel is clean and fresh!
Pros:

I love the location of this hotel and they have all the accommodations you need right in your room. Its clean and the staff is exceptional. I will always stay here while in the area! The beds and pillows are great.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff make for a great stay.
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. The small kitchen was a benefit. Location was near perfect for what we were in town for. Parking was easy. Met our expectations and beyond.

Cons:

There nothing that I didn't like at all. Everything was as it should. Room was clean and we had all we needed with our room for the weekend.

Great hotel, but animals need containing
Pros:

The staff, the cleanliness, the size of the bath and closet, the location, the free laundry machines, the free coffee and free tea available 24/7.

Cons:

On three occasions guests let their dogs jump on me. One of them was not leashed. I saw guests sneaking in cats and not cleaning up after dogs.
