Abidos Hotel Apartment, Dubailand

Not good hotel, the car entrance is very tight place for car, you cannot park nor turn, also the security did not agree to open the gate without check in. Its very bad experience.

I was here for only 2 nights and the staff are amazing. Nothing was too much for them especially Maan in the main dining room. All the meals I had were well prepared.

Why hotel wifi is absolutely horrendous. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.
It needs a major update.
You can’t expect your guests to log in every few minutes, and then again because I went to the restaurant.

The rooms look ultra shabby and are in desperate need of an overhaul. This proves that building cheap doesn’t pay off.

The reception staff did their job but definitely not with any form of joy. Their lack of interest is glowing.

This hotel shouldn’t have more than 2 stars.

Personally I hope never to be back.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Abidos Hotel. The restaurant experience was wonderful, thanks to Ebin, Arjun, and Maan. They were extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious.

I would also like to highlight Daniel at the reception, who was very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Abidos Hotel. I had a very pleasant stay at Abidos Hotel. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay really relaxing.
One of the best things is that the hotel provides a shuttle bus to Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Mall.
The staff are extremely friendly, polite, always smiling, and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Selim at the reception, who was very professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very nice and quiet, not very far from center of Dubai. It is very clean and apartment is very spacious. Receptionists and service team were very attentive. Breakfast buffet is good but could be improved.

We stay for one week the staff is excellent from reception to housekeeping evrithing just perfect inside the apartament is a little bit older the moble but rest is perfect we love every single day of our week in dubai !!!

Smooth check-in-and friendly staff. Housekeeping ensure our apartment was well cleaned for the entire stay. Any problems we experienced was well taken care of the same day. The area is quiet, safe and nice to take a stroll with kids. Restaurants and fast foods were within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and good value for money. The hotel restaurant is also serving good food that makes ordering in very convenient. A big thank you to all housekeeping, security, and front desk staff for making our stay memorable 10/10.

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Staff really kind, professional and helpful. Especially Jalal and Alvin, the pool guide ( I didn't get his name) and breakfast crew led by Maan. Really nice people. Amenities are top notch.

We had a wonderful stay at Abidos Apartment in Dubai. The housekeeping staff in the rooms were excellent, keeping everything clean and comfortable. The reception staff were impeccable, always friendly and professional. Our whole family was very satisfied—the breakfast was excellent and flawless, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids’ room with a play area. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

We stayed in Hotel Abidos service apartment from Dec 29th to Jan 3rd 2026. Excellent services and courteous staff. Reasonable prices. The cafeteria was open from morning 7 to evening 7. Enjoyed their breakfast and the personalized services of Mann and Arjun almost all days (5/6). Dinner we mostly had elsewhere or ordered though phone before and they kept in room. Cleaning and other services also good.

It was always my best choice for a hotel apartment

For me the location and atmosphere was was good. The staff were very polite.
Unfortunately my room was outdated , the smell in the room was bad, something between mold and sewage I couldn't tell I just know it was very unpleasant. Not a very clean feeling.
The fridge made a lot of noise . The bathroom cupboard had water damage . Value was very high for what I ended up getting. I even checked out one day early at my own loss but I just didn't have a good experience.
I did not use the amenities or restaurant so I can't comment on that.
Overall poor experience and will not be returning.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. The reception desk couldn’t be rescheduled using the phone in the room as it was broke. The door to the bathroom was not closing and locking properly. The room has not been properly cleaned prior to check-in. It was an overall unpleasant and costly experience.

Nice and helpful staff. Big rooms, kitchenette, two bathrooms, kingsize bed, all was good. Nice restaurant upstairs, tasty food.
