The room was warm and welcoming. Love the duvet.

Rooms are clean and neat. with everything you need. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. Loved the balcony overlooking the lake. The location was perfect for what I needed going to Orillia.
I return year after year, so obviously, this place works for me.

No comfortable chairs to sit in, bed was uncomfortable, heater in bathroom and radiator in room was filthy, odour in room was not pleasant . Ants and earwigs
