Outstanding hotel for skiers
Pros:

Staff were helpful, breakfast was great, room exceeded my expectations. Daily maid service was great. The bar is lively and has a friendly vibe.

Cons:

60 stairs to my room was tough but I can’t complain about the great room we had on the top floor!

Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains et l’équipement de la salle de bains vieux. Une douche très basique. Pas de vraie armoire dans la chambre. La TV ne fonctionnait pas

Nice 5-day day in Engelberg!
Pros:

Great little hotel in a perfect location. Could walk to the slopes in ski boots. Friendly staff and a neat little bar. Breakfast buffet was what one would expect in Europe, and the quality was good. Overall a great place to stay for traverlers who are looking for solid accomodations at a good value.

Best place to stay, eat and hang out in Engelberg.
Pros:

Friendly atmosphere (people working there are the best), VEEEEry nice view, great location. And, at least in this season, it's the only place in the whole town where you can find some life after ski time.

Cons:

Some more place to keep our belongings tidy in the room.

Friendly ski‑focused hotel with great atmosphere and perfect Location
Pros:

Very nice staff, helpful before and during our stay. Very good atmosphere, great bar and good restaurant. Great how the place is made for skiing from ski room in the basement till lots of hooks in the room for hanging up gear. Love the handwritten welcome greeting on the mirror in the room. Great location, 5 min walk to the ski lift.

Très bien ; nous aurions apprécié un geste de l'hôtel
Pros:

Très bien situé à proximité de la gare + navette pour les télécabines quasi sans attendre
Petit déjeuner très complet et varié

Cons:

Aucune flexibilité sur la facture en ayant réservé par BOOKING ; pas de déduction possible pour les 3 jours que notre fils n'a pas consommé (nuités + petits déjeuner).

Cons:

Отель находится в старом здании, не помешает хороший ремонт, а т.е. изоляция (поменять окна не помешает для будущего), система отопления и разделение холодной и горячей воды в ДУШЕ! Мы же в Швейцарии, а не в Норвегии или Англии... Где для с одного крана течет одинаково холодная вода Зимой!
