Al Gosaibi Hotel - Villa

Old hotel, broken curtains, broken bed sheets, bad maintenance and poor breakfast.
Dammam and Al Khibar offer a lot of better real 5stars hotels with the same prices

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location close to everything you would need. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!

This was a business trip from the UK for one night before traveling back to Dubai. I arrived in the middle of the night and was helpfully and sympathetically checked into the hotel. Breakfast and service was very good and would recommend this hotel for a business trip to Khobar.

Its rated t star but its someting like 2.5... sheets old towels older and worst shower ever

pillows are not comfortable . small window. breakfast is great but bread and some food menu is not fresh. hotel staff is great and friendly.

Lovely reception staff, very forthcoming and ready to help! Room bit dated but very clean. Location was perfect for me though in Saudi everything is spread out so might not suit everyone. It's only 10 minutes walk away from the sea. I did walk from the hotel to the promenade on my own and felt quite safe ( haven't seen anyone else walking that distance as everybody else is driving )
All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent Duty Manager and team the service is top would recomend for staying

Not much has changed since the last time I had stayed here few years ago. Al Gossaibi is a luxurious Arabian themed hotel, with varies forms of activity available for the guest, such as the gym and the bowling alley. One major negative changed found was the quality of the breakfast buffet. Seems economical cuts effected the quality where previously Al Gossaibi breakfast was known to be one of the best in the town.

Chose this hotel because it was very close (walking distance) to office building where I had meetings. Hotel appears to be fairly new and in excellent condition. Staff at Reception Desk were great and professional. I only had breakfast at the hotel restaurant but there was a lot of selection and well presented.

My only minor complaint is the WiFi on the room was slow. basic email is okay but multimedia is almost useless. Though to be fair I have stayed in 6 hotels this business trip (Muscat, Kuwait City, Dammam) and they were all slow. So maybe it's systemic for the GCC unless you get a hotel where you pay for high-speed access.

Over all i would stay at the Algosaibi Hotel again.

The hotel’s location is fantastic. I only wish they would take more care in changing their furniture as they seem very old.

The check in was easy and fast, I like the food and the services. They are willing to help, I ask for iPhone charger because I forgot mine and they brought me one.
