Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Long grey/black hair in shower on wall, little mold on door.
Wasn't worth with the breakfast. Cornflakes, milk, small or box and muesli bar. Couldn't eat it, gluten intolerant. Was expecting more for continental breakfast.

The service could have been better.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The staff at reception were unfriendly. They didn't want to help the guests. I honestly didn't even want to go to reception to avoid running into them. The hotel description does not match the online listing.

Excellent value for money, conveniently located
Pros:

The linen was great. Towels nice and newish - a decent size bath towel; flannels and hand towel all good. It seemed there was a difficulty turning off one of the taps in basin. The shower was lovely- great water pressure.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the coffee cups in room. I always cleam mine before use. It would’ve been nice to have some bottled water.

Amazing.
Pros:

Overall expect the breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast was kinda confusing. Me and my husband expecting that the breakfast was “hot breakfast” cause upon booking it doesn’t says if “hot or continental bfast” only. Soo yeah. Just a lil bit disappointed. But overall it’s good :) next time should be specified in the website would be more okay so the customer will not be expecting too much.
