The Adagio Lyon Aparthotel met all our expectations. We had a triple room and found it laid out to our comfort and satisfaction. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lot of laundry so we went to the laundromat that was conveniently near the hotel.

A great hotel, centrally located. But very basic. Not much above an IBIS hotel. No charm. No coffee maker, only instant coffee. Ultra modern rooms with no charm. Clean and comfortable. a bit weird to get to second building ?! Parking is cheap at 13 euros per night. if you need a place to simply sleep and move on. that's the place to go.

Instructions on how to enter the car park need to be clearer at the rear of the hotel.

Nothing unique - it felt like an apartment in a bad neighborhood.

The hotel was good but it needs refurbished.

We spent a week in Adagio and we were so pleased with our choice .
Our large room was pleasant and so quiet , as well it was cleaned every day which was so nice !
Lovely efficient staff always trying to help .
we will certainly come back ,

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As walkers we found it a great location to get to places from the Confluence area, to the old city. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a great variety of choice at a good price.

Great place to stay. You can walk to everywhere. A little away from old town but easy walk.
Quiet, clean with daily service.

The hotel was perfect. The area was not as good as I expected

The location is great, The front desk staff was helpful and very nice. The room was clean and nice. Comfortable bed with nice linens. We were very happy with our stay and the price we paid.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which I appreciated. However, our check-in experience on 14th August was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and her behavior was completely unacceptable. The parking door was faulty, and despite me trying multiple times as instructed, it still didn’t work. Instead of helping, she sent me back and forth three times and then started speaking in French about us to other guests, assuming we wouldn’t understand. This was disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel itself was nice, but the staff attitude left a very negative impression.

Fabulous place to stay in Lyon. Walk to
Everywhere or a tram out the front if you need it. Staff are amazing - we arrived before 11.00am and we were checked in super early. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed at our fingertips. The air conditioner was awesome - it was a 38 degree day and we were comfortably cool in our room. Thanks guys, we’d definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that they locked up the dishes etc and you had to request to have access to them. I have stayed in several of these hotels and have never experienced this. Nice outdoor patio area. Nice neighborhood. Convenient location and access to transit. I was there during a heat wave and appreciated that the AC worked well!

Stayed in June for 9 nights in two bed studio.
I would rate it 8 out of 10. Here is why.
Good things.
- Stuff is very attentive and nice.
- Location is very convenient. It's off bitten tourist's path but just 2 km from central city square. The tram stop is just 2 min away. It takes 10 - 15 minutes (2 tram and 2-4 metro stops) to get to any place in old city or city center.
- There are some local restaurants (mostly pizza and kebabs though) around.
- There is a ATM just 50 meters from entrance.
- There is a Casino convenience store closed by. It has practically everything you need.
- The surroundings are mostly very quiet. We had a room facing patio inside and did not even hear church bells with windows closed.
- There is a kitchenette in the room with refrigerator which actually can be made very cold.
Now to not so great part.
- The room looks renovated, but thew carpet looked old and worn out.
- There is a bath with shower head. The head is not behind shower curtain but behind glass plate which does not cover much. You can't take a shower without splashing tones of water on the floor.
- Air conditioning works, but not strong enough. May be because we've got very hot weather. They could not fixed it.
- The door lock did not work. For several days after housekeeping room remained basically unlocked. It was fixed later.
- The room had a safe, but very finicky. Sometimes locked sometimes not.
In short. Good place to say. Not without the issues. 8 out of 10 looks right.

Good hotel with large family rooms. Very nice foyer and breakfast area. Also very close to train station, metro and trams plus about 30 min walk to old town along the river. Playground opposite hotel and shops close by also.

Good location near Lyon's Perrache railway station. Within walking distance of the old part of the city. Check in was smooth & room was comfortable. Was useful to have a fridge, microwave & cooktop. Staff were always polite & helpful.
