Very good hotel happy to go back if next time in town
Pros:

Very nice hotel I enjoyed my 3-day stay. I will never forget about going to the bomb shelter in the hotel basement during multiple air raids alerts, and the gentle request to go there from the loud speaker. First time of my life! Hope was last time too 🙂
I love Kyiv!

Cons:

Я зупинялась на 7 ночей. Номер не прибирали нормально. Тільки смітник. Не додавали шампунь, коли закінчився. Треба було просити щоб прибрали номер. Постіль не змінювали , хоча є стандарт - кожні 4 дні. Полотенця аж один раз тільки.

Розташування готелю чудове, номер великий та чистий, сама мережа готелей Radisson викликає в мене довіру.

Cons:

Чесно кажучи, в мене виник сумнів чи взагалі цей готель входить до мережі Radisson, оскільки готелі мережі зазвичай відповідають очікуванням щодо гарного сервісу. В цьому готелі перебування для мене виявилося більше некомфортним, аніж комфортним саме через сервіс. По перше, в номері відсутні халати, набір полотенець був лише для однієї людини (хоча при бронюванні вказано дві), відсутні набори для зубної гігієни. Що мене ще вразило це те, що на моє прохання підняти мого чоловіка ліфтом на 5 поверх (оскільки картка від номеру була в мене, а ліфти на картках), дівчина на reception мені відповіла, що я повинна сама спускатися за ним і його зустрічати, оскільки це не входить до правил готелю. Дуже дивні правила, враховуючи те, що ця людина проживає в готелі. Крім того, жодних табличок з номерами телефону reception та room service в номері немає і я була змушена заходити через Google maps, щоб знайти там номер готелю для зв'язку з персоналом. Через room service ми замовили дві страви (салат та пасту), а прибори принесли одні. Всі ці дрібниці звичайно не супер критичні, але після довгої дороги о 8 вечора не дуже хочеться бігати за персоналом з проханнями дати рушники, виделки та бігати зустрічати гостей. Ми все таки обираємо достатньо високу категорію готелю (і відповідно платимо за нього) для того, щоб себе звільнити від цих додаткових незручностей. Тому перебування в цьому готелі мене дещо розчарувало і навряд я ще раз його оберу для наступної зупинки в місті

Pros:

Doing a great job in obviously very difficult circumstances in Kyiv currently. I am a regular guest and am often offered room upgrades and the staff are very helpful with any documentation and printing I may require help with.
