Все супер, окрім шумоізоляції.
Pros:

Розташування, наявність паркінгу і укриття. Персонал привітний і готовий вирішити будь які проблеми, які виникають при проживанні.

Cons:

Погана шумоізоляція.. дві ночі підряд було чутно що відбувалось у сусідів.
