Sehr schönes Hotel, Preis/Leistung TOP, gutes Frühstück und profesionelles und entgegenkommendes Personal. Nur die Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht besonders gut - in den heissen Tagen ist es im Zimmer etwas warm.

We liked the friendliness of the staff quality of rooms and facilities
Biggest issues - poor english of staff meant we didnt find the bar with the food we like until the end of the visit
We had to leave at 6am and there should have been a way to provide us with food as we had paid for breakfast

Had booked a room on Expedia with 2 breakfast included. When I checked in at the hotel, they only said 1 breakfast was included. Took about 30 minutes to finalize the booking. Disappointing

Excellent quality hotel, price is great. Local area isn't ideal though, not much around. So make sure you check that the location is OK for you. Been staying here two times now and will be back again for the next Changzhou visit.

Club room- worth the extra expense
Pros:

We stayed two nights and checked into a room at the club level. Extremely helpful staff and the cocktail hour was a nice touch. Nice canapés and cocktails. Vivian and Yuki were extremely helpful .
